It’s our first time there and we don’t know what to order. The staffs took the time to explain the menu to us. Loved the service and really appreciate it. We ordered the OCB, sauce is on the side, and we asked for the waffle to be extra crispy. They are very accommodating and the food is excellent. Would definitely come back for more.
I came here last year and i regretted it. the old management sucked and were really rude. the food quality was not good and customer service was super a$$ but recently, I went again, and the new management really improved the store. the food tastes and looks a lot better, and the staff are a lot nicer and helpful.
Thought it was a great experience, the chicken was crispy and juicy, waffles were light and fluffy. Staff was friendly, and helpful with the menu items. Definitely coming back. ?
The batter on the chicken did not look like the pictures and the flavour was definitely what you would expect.
Love the new management! Food quality has substantially improved. I have come here 3 times, each time OG has been consistent. Juicy, crispy. Love it
Tried dirty bird after listening to so much hype about it. Service was good but the food was not good at all. The fries were too salty and the chicken in the burger was not juicy at all.. The sandwich serving size was also like a small burger rather than a regular sized sandwich. Overall, not a good experience in terms of taste. Not going there again
Got The Big Dirty w/Mac salad and the sandwich was huge. Overall, great experience at this location today. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Dining room was clean.
I have tried this place twice now, and both times has been an absolute disappointment. The first time was month ago, and I ordered their boneless wings and a chicken and waffle sandwich. The sauces they used were terrible. I got their signature sauce, and the smell and taste was unappealing.Fast forward to today, and I decided to give them another shot. This time, I ordered chicken stripes, along with almost all of their sauces on the side. Surely one of the sauces would taste good. I was wrong. The only tolerable one was buffalo, and even that was only mediocre. I'd rather just use ketchup in the future.Finally, the place is incredibly overpriced.Avoid at all costs. Plenty of better fried chicken places in Mississauga. And most of them have multiple different sauces that can satisfy different cravings.
I ordered a Great white north meal, and the waffle was quite good but the chicken tenders were far too salty and a bit dry. I shared it with 2 other people, and no one wanted to eat it, and we left half the chicken because the salt just made it taste so bad. It's too bad because I have eaten at the Kensington location before and it was nice, but I'm not sure I would go back to this one.
Thumbs up for disposable packaging got for pickup as was finally in the area. Got the tenders with waffles chicken a little hard like the sauces though also got the boneless bites gave a lot the sweet sauce took the cake but there were bits of ends while the macaroni salad was bountiful the fries just don't like that type and the sandwich was more moist they don't cheap on size about $50!
