I purposefully waited in my car for 20 mins so they could take the time to prepare my food properly. I came home and found out that they missed packing the spring roll, and the pad Thai had some sweet sauce in it. My goodness, I feel like I wasted $28… I don’t recommend this location and I won’t be visiting again. I called the store a few times and no one picked up. Does it get any worse than this?
The worst food I have had. The chicken was not fresh. There was no taste. I ordered basil fried rice and it was terrible
Shrimp and basil fried rice was good. We felt cheated with cheesecake just too dramatic packaging and nothing substantial inside. Even cheesecake was not tasty
Terrible. The pad thai I got tasted nothing like Thai pad thai. Overly sweet and all mushy. I do not recommend this at all.
Orders tom yum soup for the second time. First time was awful but I thought I’d give them a second chance. The second time having Tom yum soup and it was awful once again. Second time in a row they didn’t have coconut milk for the soup… A very poor experience for the second time. This location is not upholding the franchise standards. Do Not Eat Here!
Might be the best Thai express in the area for pad Thai, but only one of the employees consistently wears a hair net while cooking over the wok. Also there's a strange sewage smell and the stainless cage around the cooking area is honestly filthy.
Ordered 2 Tom yum soups. Had to to be the worst flavourless soup I've ever had. Both myself and my daughter had to throw it out. Unfortunately she's unwilling to even try Tom yum from another establishment after this experience.
Good restaurant and fast delivery. But, this branch usually put less amount of chicken in noodles compared to Dundas-Dixie branch.
Ordered a tofu Basil fried rice with no egg, told them it was to be vegan.Once eating it, I realized there was egg in it. I tried to call them but their number doesn’t work. That’s terrible, you have to be more careful when it comes to food restrictions.
They gave me this smaller Costco box for my order thinking I wouldn’t notice. I ordered a shrimp stir fry which had almost no sauce and only two shrimps. I mean, the box they put it in can’t fit much anyways. The food was a disaster. The 2 shrimps I got tasted and smelled rotten. Honestly the whole thing smelled rotten. The carrots were black and stuck to each other like glue. I wanted to go back to get a refund but honestly I don’t even wanna step in that place again and I won’t. By the way obviously no cutlery or napkins given either. When I asked for a fork he gave it to me with his bare hand from the mouth of it. This isn’t a Thai express honestly it’s not even food
