Flavourful, fresh and so delicious! All items Halal. We got the fried rice (all food was generously sized!), penang curry (our favourite item ordered!), green curry (SO Flavourful) and chicken cashew stir fry. Loved the customer service too. Wish I lived closer and could eat this all the time, can't wait to be back to try new dishes!The restaurant could get crowded as the rating area is small. They seem to be very busy with take out. Something to consider during busy lunch hours but we found it easy to find a table in the evening.
Over the 15 years i have eaten there i have nevwr had an issue. They always do special requests and are very aware of allergie protocols for my girl friend. I always get the spicey chicken pad thai with extra peanuts and it hasn't changed since the day i started eating it. This is my ultimate comfort food because even when i didn't have a family this restaurant made me fell like i did.
I hate giving bad reviews but I'm really disappointed with this establishment. The food is good, but the service and detail is below lacking.I ordered a chicken pad Thai today, with extra veggies. No chicken in the meal at all. To add insult to injury, I only went in because they had shorted my last order of 2 orders of spring rolls. So I was already not impressed. And to add a little more, one of the employees suggested, while I was standing there to not honour the missed order because it had been a couple weeks. The person who took my order was nice, but obviously they don't actually care about repeat customers.Always check you order and pick up ONLY. But honestly, I will not go back. This is not the first time they have screwed up, and I am sure it will not be the last.
First time ordering from here and, unfortunately, it will be our last.We ordered the papaya and mango salad. There were only a few pieces of mango and papaya, the rest was some sort of shredded filler fruit. It was very bland. The pad thai was also very bland. Not much flavour at all. The panang curry was quite good and flavourful. The spring rolls were a bit soggy and didn't taste very good.We did eat the food but it wasn't exciting.
This restaurant is excellent. Portions are great for the price, service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend the green curry!
Ordered through Uber eats for pickup. Uber says it was ready for pickup at 225 pm, when I arrived the app shows that it is now ready for pickup at 257. Since I’m already parked infront of the restaurant, they weren’t busy and no one is cooking anything.I went and ask if my order is ready, and me of the staff said it isn’t, and I need to wait 10 more minutes. What a bunch of liars!!!! So pretty much they’ve extended the pickup time on Uber eats cause they’re lazy.
We went to Thai Cuisine Experts with a group of 8 friends on Saturday 20 November, 2021. We had a very pleasant experience. the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Food was very delicious and authentic. The owner explained the dishes and helped us considerably regarding the items we were interested in. It made our selection of food easier. Would recommend to all. The portions were good and reasonably priced restaurant for a Saturday night out with friends.
Not sure who is giving this place good reviews as this is the worst Thai food I've ever had. Honestly, Thai express is better and that's not saying much. The Thai food here is bland and tasteless and is more of an Indian fusion that actual Thai.
I am giving this restaurant 1 star. The delivery charges are very misleading, with the $8.95 charge plus a 10% tip it was a total of $26. Since it was paid by a credit card we have no recourse. Plus they do not provide you with a detailed receipt of your order. As a customer I found this very deceitful. The food was good but your partnership with doordash will definitely bring down your business.
I ordered a green curry with shrimp for pickup. It was $13.99 but they charged me $17.55 for it. I asked about the price and she said the price has gone up. Since when and where was it marked?! I feel ripped off. Also, I don’t think they clean the shrimps well enough. I had a stomach after ate it. I won’t come back here ever again.
