Slow & unfriendly service. Granted I went on Sat and it was busy but after taking the order from the person before me she proceeded to turn around without making eye contact with me (next in line, in front of the order counter) and proceeded to prepare the order (there were 2 others in the shop also making drinks). She didn’t say hi or say she’ll be a min… ignored me until she was done making 2 drinks and then came back to ask what I wanted.Mediocre at best drinks… mandarin orange green tea with lychee jelly was ok but tasted bitter and more like grapefruit. Oolong milk tea was not good (tea tasted off and even though I said no sugar it was sweet, I’m sure they put syrup in it by mistake). Probably the worst grass jelly I’ve ever tasted… hard and butter. I had 10% of the drink and threw it out.

I like ten ren’s bubble tea. They have all sorts of flavours and they’re delicious. Their store is also clean and the staffs are friendly. Now, due to covid, they have a divider so it’s good. Definitely recommend.
This location is an average Ten Ren's. The quality of their tea is good but with so many other alternatives, especially in the mall, it's very pricey for standard bubble tea with tapioca or jelly. Only when they run their promotions are they competitive with the gift card loading /free tea offers.
I had 2 tea at square one center (honey milk and passion fruit tea) and these were the WORST TEA i ever had... please make it taste better
I love tenren's. They are my fave go-to bubble tea. I always order strawberry slush with tapioca.Recently, i ordered and i found out there's two ways for the strawberry slush - either caffeine free or with tea. That was interesting! I normally go with caffeine free now.The only downside is i wish their reward system works so i can get my free drinks. I went two times and the second visit was eligible enough to get a second free drink. I still had to pay full amount. I also emailed customer support, never received a reply from them until then.Otherwise, love this place!

Ten Ren has been in the same location for decades. They continues to sell bagged loose tea leaves and in tea bags, ginseng tea, and gift boxes. They just came out with the hot drink series. Their pu-erh with ginger tea was really good.
Ordered the specials. Loved the flavors.
