Poor manners. I asked about type of fish and which is good, this guy with specs making comment of me to another worker and laughing. Without google tell me 10 Bengali dishes the greats. Are you showing racism or making fun as I don’t know your dishes. If you are racist you should have opened your restaurant in kerala not canada. Learn ethics and manners to conduct business, else you won’t thrive. Hope you change attitude in future
Good place to buy Taste of Malayalees cuisine . I tried Dosa I love it .
“Beware of stale chicken and extremely oily food”. This food caused severe food poisoning. The biryani was extremely oil every bite had one spoon of oil. The pepper chicken was bad tasting and stale. Over all very bad quality, no good ingredients used and definitely not Kerala cuisine. I will never recommend this place to anyone. People eating here regularly can have health issue in the long run and food is very oily and poor quality.
Expired food and used old oil to prepare the dishes, so far I bought two times both the time they told its fresh and then while I eat at my house I found that very bad smell coming out after heating the food.Another time I found they used oil repeatedly for chicken roast and other fry item. It made my stomach upset immediately after I consume their food.Stay away from them ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️Items tried so far parotta, chicken roast, egg and chicken puff.
I ordered pallappam and shrimp curry.. Very delicious.. Not overly spicy or oily at all. Highly recommend.. Reasonably priced.. Will definitely go back!
They have take out and South Indian groceries. About the groceries they tried to most of the items but not organized very wellAbout foods I will give a average because I tried most of the items but I will give it average rating. And about their Ladu it’s good
Our experience here was terrible. Every food we took home was cold. Chicken was not well cooked. Bryani rice was not well cooked and cold. Fish curry was okay. Fish fry was not crispy and raw masala taste was there
Everything else is good except chicken puffs 1.99 is the price but there is hardly any chicken filling.its all flaky puff pastry- no filling.
Lots of varieties, good customer service, clean and tidy place. The only reason I held back one star is food is way too spicy. The taste is exactly how it should be but wish the spiciness/chilli heat was low. After few morsels you cannot taste anything. The tongue gets numb.Even though I would love to go back but may be I would opt out. I'm sure if the spicy level was low they would be flooded with customers from all walks of life. A potential competitor for Saravana Bhavana
Food is good but choose the hot stuff than what is already made.Hot stuff- Dosas- Kottu Rottis- Curries- Parathas(ensure that they are reheated)Cold and Dry- Vadais- Puffs- Biryani
