First time here. New location with a completely new look. Good bye 1980s. I ate in an hour before close. Food taste and quality was good. Staff at the register needed some additional training but I got what I wanted. Restaurant seating area is somewhat small and was not very clean when I arrived but was cleaned while I ate. One thing that needs immediate attention is the adjusters on the table legs. It was like trying to eat on a teeter totter. My drink spilled over on the table multiple times. So close to 5 stars.

We went through the drive through, ordered tacos, fries supreme. We pulled into the parking lot to eat as we were on the go. My husband opened his fries supreme and there was a small hair in it. We went back in the drive through and explained to the employee very calmly. A few seconds later the manager came to the window and asked very rudely "what is the issue?". We explained the situation again and she rudely looked at us and walked away. We asked for the managers name but she refused. Very unhappy with how we were treated. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Save Your Money. Don’t let it go to waste. I promise you that if this picture just doesn’t talk to you. Then I don’t know what will. Place is rated at 3.9 should have checked.

May 27th 2022.I wish I could have a chat with the owner / manager of this location to express my disappointment with their staff’s lack of customer service.I just left the store. At the drive thru I ordered one meal. As I got to the window, I asked to double my order, but I wanted it on one receipt. The girl told me it wasn’t possible. I insisted & I offered to pay for both at the window, go into the store to pick up the food. She then asked her coworker, then she gave me the impression the coworker instructed her how to reverse the one & charge for the 2 orders as I’ve requested. She tricked me into only paying for one.I went into the store to pick up the 2 orders, the same coworker brought the 2 orders & stated I still needed to pay for the second order, as she only charged for one.I decided to ask them to cancel both orders & issue me a credit. They kept diverting from giving me my credit, as if giving credits were impossible. At that moment, there were at least 3 workers (including the supervisor) was there to have it their way. There was also 3 other customers in the store, & approximately 10-12 minutes had passed (including waiting time for the food), while my truck was running outside.I decided to say “goodbye, call me for my credit, or I’ll pass by another day”.I’m not sure if owners / managers hire persons to make it very difficult to provide decent customer service. It’s a simple process, customer has certain rights, & I felt as though I wasn’t provided with professional customer service today.See you tomorrow / Monday.

Nope, no deal on tacos this time and the attendant would not replace lettuce with tomatoes, as other locations would do, without charging me extra. I left without ordering. Good parking, though, and drive-through, too.

Avoid this location. They are constantly out of items and never seem to have any sauce. How does a Taco bell not have mid or hot salsa. Would be like McDonald's having no ketchup. Service is terrible as well. Good thing is there are many good options around this location.

This Taco Bell location makes the franchise look really bad? workers like don't care , no condiments, 0 customer support, hope Taco Bell will review how this location is running and get customer service to keep people from leaving your brand. If it was a 0 star is what they deserve.

Small servings. Missing toppings. One person in our group had his order skipped and then it took 20 minutes to get a replacement. Oil is clearly very old making the cinnamon twists taste absolutely terrible (inedible by 4 people that tried them). Ironically the compensation for the wait was more cinnamon twists so a total of 5 orders went straight into the trash. No hot sauce.I'm still burping gross rancid oil taste from the few cinnamon twists I had.Not recommended.

messed up my order when taking it so I overpaid(i made a writeup of my order based off their menu posted online for their location then told me some of them dont exist but ive never been to taco bell before how could i make up my own combo meals lol) then they fixed it (gave me cash because I paid debit but didn't include the tax on it) when I got home I noticed i was missing items from my order that I paid for and i was given regular tacos when I ordered doritos locos tacos to try and im pretty sure there is a price difference there. didn't give me my son's slushy until I reminded them after waiting several minutes. I have never had taco bell, this was my first time trying, and I was so disappointed with the service; I doubt I'll ever go there again. paid 70 dollars for 4 tacos 2 crunch wrap Supreme tacos with Supreme fries (that were cold) and 2 drinks(definitely not 70 dollars worth) I was missing 2 beef burritos for my sons and 2 orders of the Cinnabon things and cinnamon twists. check your orders before you leave if you decide to eat here

Really disappointed.. the food was fine, whatever, and the service was decent enough, except that I have an uncommon allergy and when I asked if this ingredient (onion) was in the food I ordered, I was confidently told it’s not even after I reconfirmed (no onion including dehydrated or onion powder) and clarified it’s an allergyBut a severe stomach ache later I Google the ingredients and it says right on the website that the rice seasoning has dehydrated onion in it.I should have known better to take his word for it but he was very confident. If someone presents an allergy to you, please check ingredients instead of just blindly selling it. I’m lucky my allergy isn’t anaphylactic.
