Ordered online from their site and was missing items from my order and when I called them about it, all they said was a Manager will call me back. When I called them 20mins to closing after still nothing from their manager they won't pick up the phone. When I called the online order help number, all they could do was pass me to the restaurant who wouldn't pick up the phone. No costumer service at all!
The staff is superbly friendly patient helpful. Food is tasty and affordable.
I have frequented this particular restaurant many times in the past until this boring pandemic. This time around, I found very little changes except I did spot a medium sized Display with est. 1954. A almost 70 years of history franchise operation since inception. Congratulations Swiss Chalet, you survived the odds! May you prosper and grow!

Have dined at this location for many years. We keep going back so they must be doing something right. Recently, we celebrated my father's birthday there. Went in as a group 8 adults, 5 children; service was very good and the food was good as usual.
we frequently get delivery from this location, however on this occasion we decided to get the festive meals, which are just the regular meals with less food and some chocolate which honestly was quite disappointing. They had also forgotten to give us our bread for some meals.

Chicken was dry, wife's wrap was cold, my daughter's corn was molten on the outside and frozen in the center. We were the only customers in the restaurant.
Typical Swiss chalet. I liked the decor. We asked to change to the larger booth and were accommodated which was nice. Even though my order was wrong they corrected it with no extra charge. I would recommend
Food tastes great and better than other Swiss Chalets in the area. Will come again for sure, but sad that they forgot the chalet gravy, cranberry, and lindt chocolates on the family feast for my takeout order. The only reason i get Swiss Chalet is for the gravy...Edit: I have revised my review as they have followed up with me on the issue afterwards and remedied the situation very pleasantly. Excellent customer service and will be back again!
