My friend and I come here every week and Sara has been our servers most nights. Sara has been brilliant in terms of customer service and has always been accommodating. The food has always been solid with no complaints. Thank you Sara for making our weekly dinners incredible.

This Swiss Chalet has the best staff, both at the take out window and the wait staff in the restaurant. The service is consistent, fast and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff turnover is low so if you're a regular like me it's nice to see the same friendly faces.....Highly recommended for easy family style meals. Mira & Emily are wonderful servers in house Thalia & Mera always greet me with a smiling face!
I planned to eat in but my companion forgot their phone, so no proof of vaccination. So that meant take out.This is the closest Swiss Chalet to my house, but if I am getting take out, I drive to one 3 x the distance, just to not have to use this one (for take out). Eating in is fine here, but take out is always an exercise in frustration.When we arrived, lots of people waiting for their order. They always seem to have a single person trying to handle take out. We placed our order and then waited, and waited, and waited. Other people who were already there when we arrived were visibly angry and frustrated with the wait. Eventually the food started coming out, and people began to depart with their orders. Then we noticed that all the people who had came in after us, had received their order and left even though they had not pre-ordered (like us). I finally had enough and enquired if we had been missed. Our order was "just about to come out". Sure, now that I asked about it, it is, lol.The food was fine. Their new packaging though, greener, gives about 60% of the quantity of fries. So if you were able to eat all the fries before, you might be left hungry now.Why they always fail to grasp the skill of operating a take out counter efficiently still baffles me. Avoid this location unless eating in. The table staff are nice, so be sure to tip if you do eat in.

Went for pickup. Store was busy but still staff took great care of me and i got my food on time. Highly recommend this store for best quality, hot and fresh food.

The chicken was cooked very well. Not dry and was quite good. The customer service was outstanding and I will definitely comeback.
This is the worst Swiss Chalet I've ever been too. The take-out people are rude and slow. Please do not support this location. They do not deserve anyone's business
