The two quarter chicken dinners were perfect. However, the full rack of ribs were like shoe leather. Some of the meat pulled nicely off of the bone, but most of the meat looked like wood and wrecked my Father's day meal. And of course the extra dipping sauce purchased was excellent, as usual. The cheese cake was also good. Something has to be done about the ribs, as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Although the first time I have voiced my displeasure. Swiss Chalet (SC) people have reached out to me with sincere Nd respectful appreciation for the comments I provided. It is my opinion that SC Management will be looking into how their procedures can be improved such that this does not continue to happen. I truly believe this to be the case, however, I will reorder in the future to test if this will be true. I hope so, because I have been a SC customer for a very long time (I just love that magical dipping sauce), and would like to continue to make SC a go to place to order from. Like I stated, I'll check in a couple of months, and hope changes have been made. Thank you, David.
Wanted to try this comfort food staple again but was turned away since the dining room was about to close. The google listing said closed at 9 but they told us they close at 8. I suggested an edit to their google listing but this is clearly a simple oversight that can be corrected. Especially when we were told by the host that she has to turn people away every day. I hope their hours are updated correctly now.
I love fast food and Rotisserie Chicken is no exception. The chicken is done perfectly with a nice crisp skin. Just the way you would expect. Service and atmosphere is great and seating is very comfortable. Good place for a relaxing eorry free eating environment. Prices a bit on the high side hut worth it if you are craving a beautiful well proportioned dinner.
I placed an online order for pickup at this location and due to my own confusion, was not able to get my food on time. The manager offered to cook a fresh batch for me, as food had gone cold. I offered to pay but he refused. As for food quality, the best Swiss Chalet location ever. Previously, we get our chicken from another Swiss Chalet location and chicken was always dry. This location in Erin Mills is the best, chicken is cooked right all the time.
Yousif and Megan are great servers. This location is very quaint. Close to home and super quiet at timesNext time dont run out of corn :(Also post pregnancy. We ordered take out and I mentioned I was craving corn because I was pregnant and boy did they deliver lol.

I took my husband out for his birthday (his choice) and we were warmly welcomed by Nura as usual. We've been lucky enough to have her as our server numerous times. Always happy and pleasant.
I've been going to Swiss Chalet for decades since I was a kid, and this is the best location hands down. The food is always hot and fresh and the servers are all extremely friendly and welcoming. We always ask for Nura - she is a FANTASTIC. She takes such good care of us and seems to know even before we do when we need a drink refill or extra sauce. Always a great experience.

When I think of Swiss Chalet, I think of coming here with my family growing up. It's comfort food and I'll never say no to Swiss Chalet. As long as they don't change their delicious fries, they will still have me as a customer. First time at this location. It looks like a Swiss Chalet/Harvey's combo location but the restaurants are separate, just in the same lot. This appears to be an older location and it was sad to see the large dining room so empty because of COVID. However, the takeout counter was busy. Ordered my usual quarter chicken white meat with fries and a diet Pepsi. It was nice to see the finger bowl as several locations have abandoned the bowl to rinse your fingers. The server was friendly and the meal was cooked well. No complaints.
