This location is simply superior to all other locations..all staff and managers are extremely professional and let's just say they know how to follow the recipe to perfection...this staff should be training all other locations..simply the best of all..I've been eating Swiss 40 years and no locations compare
Had a dinner here. Ordered back ribs. It’s delicious. The area is clean and the ambience is quite good. The staff are pleasant to deal with. The order arrived quickly. No complaint.
The worst meal ever. Just ordered the fish and chips. As you can see, the inside of the fish was raw with uncooked batter and very very little fish. The fries were overcooked bits and pieces and soaked in oil. NEVER EAT HERE! UPDATE: They called me. First offered another fish and chips dinner. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then offered me a $15 credit if I go into restaurant. AGAIN,NO. I am 70 and order my food in. I don't go to restaurants. Then she said they would get back to me. That was several hours ago. UPDATE 2: THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE FRANCHISE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.UPDATE: So, Swiss Chalet has chosen to ignore this problem! I will make negative comments whenever I see a posting from them. This is such a rude and disgusting treatment of a customer who had ordered from this restaurant almost once a week for the last couple of years.
I keep asking for well done fries and get half cooked fries! Every time! Plus the chicken was still pink on the inside. This is disgusting!!! I can walk another 40 feet to the Loblaws and get a chicken dinner with cooked fries and better chicken for half the price!
I ordered Caesar salad I received a garden salad with Cesar dressing I’m dead let allergic to carrots and cucumbers which this salad contained both.
Always a home run! Our family Friday night go-to. Especially convenient with the Harvey's in the same location so opens up the options for all my picky eaters. Food always hot and fresh. Highly recommend

Food was good. Even though they gave me fries with dark meat instead of rice im ok with it.
Every time we order at this location they either always screw up our order or I have to wait 30-60 mins for my order after my pick up time…. Last time manager said she will throw in a big soup cause I had to wait an hour (and people that ordered behind me already got their order and left) I got home and they didn’t even give me the soup….. never going back to this location again or maybe not any location…
