I normally go to this location at minimum twice per week. Today, it took 28 minutes to get a 6 foot sub. There was 1 person in line in front of me. Pathetic and will never be back. The workers also have no idea what customer service is.

I went there today at 5:12 pm there was a girl name love she was so rude and rolling eyes over me, it happened to me twice at same location and with same girl. This was really disappointing as if you are working with customer service you have to be polite.. i guess someone should really tell her about the way to be with the guests. She wasn’t even wearing her aperon.
They supposed to use freshly- baked bread as advertised, But they don’t always.
I come here often for lunch. Little short woman always throws my money at me. Worst service. The taller woman that works here Is the best though she always deals with me properly

Outta all the subways in at least the GTA any way I've got to say they are absolutely the best always they load your sub of choice with alot of toppings they are always friendly as well over all great place to eat!!!
Very rude service, on day 8 May 2021 at 3:30pm, insulted us because 3 people used washroom and we bought only one footlong sandwich. Insulted saying this not public washrooms. They made feel super embarrassed in front of public sitting in dining. Worst customer service ever. Hopefully subway would acknowledge that and take some action.
