I literally load $50 weekly here, spend all $50, and then some. Fix your intercom in the drive thru. The employees are getting cussed out for what? Cause you guys are too cheap to replace it? The lines are long for what? Cause your patrons are repeating themselves.Absolutely insane. Why am i paying $7/drink and $6/food to be frustrated. Whack. Absolutely whack.Tim hortons intercom is top notch. Like what are u guys doing. Straight embarrassing.

April 30, 2.35pm, Saturday. No toilet paper in the washrooms. No napkins, milk or anything on the counters.I was concerned about my coffee here with the level of maintenance, but it turned out good.

Always a great latte. But waiting 15 minutes for it is not good customer service. You simply cannot prioritize the drive-thru customers over your in-store customers. I watched as many orders were filled before I could even put an order in. Every customer should be equal. Maybe you are understaffed? You had 5 working. Figure it out and do better please.

I came here to buy a “been-there” Canada mug.The store was organized and clean. There were a few people sitting at the tables, enjoying their beverage. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I believe they were shorthanded to cover both the store and Drive-Thru.

This is the worst Starbucks drivethru around. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me, so I keep trying to give it a chance, but this was the last time. They always ask you to wait a minute when at the speaker; even though there’s NO cars in front of you, and then they make you wait 5 minutes to get your order, causing the drivethru to be backed up. Last time it took me 30 minutes to get through it and there was 3 cars infront of me and I was late for work.Then they get your order wrong. Every single time.2 stars cause at least the staff is friendly.

Drink they make never taste the same with all other Starbucks locations. Coffee : purchase 2 shots, taste like 1 shot. Strawberry coconut drink , trenta, with 3 pieces of strawberries anf taste like water. Every time I bought, every failed. I can say: manager don’t know how to manage staffs, staffs can’t make drink.

Two stars only for friendly staff ! But it is one of the slowest drive through I have ever experienced (and I used it few times a day different location)Prices for some items way higher then other locations - some items up to 15%)

Fast service and Gabby know how to put some sun in your morning!! Way to go girl!

Today I saw pure professionalism by the staff. They had the noon rush to deal with, and on top of that two individuals who did not want to comply with mask policy. I applaud the staff for how well they kept their composure and kindness.

Came here for some breakfast & my birthday drink. The drive through took forever to get through & when I finally got my order the drink was completely wrong...Then I went back to get my proper drink & they took 10 minutes just to get me my 1 drink even though I was the first person in line.. They also fked up that drink too... I didn’t even bother going back to fix the drink because by this time I’ve already spent 30+ minutes waiting on my order from both times I visited this location. Horrible service... WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN
