Not sure why they are blasting clubbing music such as Beyonce, when most people come to coffee shops to work and have intimate conversations... I miss the days when coffee houses would play coffee house music. You can't even drown out the music with noise-cancelling headphones because the volume is SO HIGH.
Waited 24 minutes for my mobile order to be ready.And my Grande Latte has only enough coffee in it to be called a Tall.Didn't even get "sorry to keep you waiting." Needless to say I'm quite disappointed.

Placed mobile order for medium roast grande and picked up within 5 minutes. The coffee was not hot and to make it worse it was not filtered properly. I am disappointed Starbucks!

The staff are absolutely lovely. Service is quick, accurate and delicious.Horrible parking lot though. Only reason I wouldn’t go back to this location
As good a Starbucks location as any. Place was nice, clean, and the atmosphere was lively with people talking and working away on their laptops. I was with a friend and someone took her drink when they called out her name. The baristas offered to make her another one when she told them.
This location is always very busy, but the staff are always friendly and attentive. Also I’ve never had an issue with the quality of my drinks or the amount of time that it takes them to prepare them either
The baristas are great and the drinks are always made very well however recently, it’s been incredibly busy and I have sometimes waited over 20 minutes for a drink - not that the staff isn’t working as fast as possible, just that it seems there aren’t many locations nearby so the staff seem overwhelmed with the amount of orders.
I had a good experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered 2 mocha lattes and some cake pops. I did enjoy the food here but I don't like the location of this Starbucks. This plaza is pretty sketchy. A lot of people loiter here at night and it doesn't feel cozy as most other Starbucks locations. The staff were polite and professional and the customer service was nice. I enjoyed my food and my drink as they were up to Starbucks par.
