Great staff who know their stuff so can suggest alternatives when wanting to try something new.
Consistently have problems with this location , app wasn’t working so I called into place my order for pick up however Daniela the supervisor on shift couldn’t have cared less in regards to helping assist me with the order. I tried two hours later and the app still wasn’t working in this circumstance the store should be assisting the customer and place the order for pick up , no questions asked however I’ve had nothing but problems at this store and incorrect sloppy orders.
Love Daniela, I would not only trust her with my life but I would trust her with my kids. She's an absolute godsend. A force of nature. Absolute unit :^)

Not at all what I was expecting! Paid the money for one drink but instead received ICE with a little bit of juice, very disappointed since a few days ago I went to another location and got the same drink and it was perfect and delicious, for sure not returning there, ever.
This was an Ubereats order.They had every opportunity to call me and let me know parts of my order would be missing (even Tim Hortons has contacted me before). They knew I’d still be charged for it and have to spend time going through a refund process. Absolutely disgusting customer service!And on top of that, they didn’t even bother to add another equivalent item or something extra…. Icing on the cake, they didn’t even include the FOUR measly ketchup packets I requested.I know fast food sucks, but you CHOSE your job. Go be miserable somewhere else if you hate your job.
Good pricey coffee. Noticed that a lot for customers are nasty to the staff. The customers need to calm the hell down.
I always visit this location before or sometimes after work as it is the closest one for me. The staff is very friendly and would greet me every time. The baristas are quick to make my orders even though I order through the app to save time, my drinks are ready when I arrive.The only thing is they seem to run out of matcha every now and then (which is my favourite drink and I guess quite popular too). Other than that, this Starbucks is kept clean and well-stocked.
I once ordered my drink at the wrong location and they ended up giving it to me for free (although technically I did pay for it at a different location). Awesome customer service!
Not a bad location, inside is small. The ones on shift were a bit slow but nothing outrageous
