Friendly and helpful staff. Sam was exceptionally helpful in fixing an errant customer order and went above and beyond in exhibiting exemplary managerial and leadership qualities and ensuring customer went away satisfied. Was refreshing to see such good customer service. Keep up the good work !
While the staff may be friendly, there are other things that bring the business DOWN!! They leave the phone off the hook, and worst of all they turn off their uber app. I can never order from there on Uber. When you can get through, they claim they are to busy to have it on. It's a service that Starbucks provides and it should be available at all times. Might I suggest they pick up the speed or hire more workers!
Had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. Gur was an amazing barista and helped recommend a drink to get. He helped ensure that my drink was prepared the way I customized it to be. For example, asked for light ice and it had the perfect amount of ice that I wanted. Service was also fast and was very satisfied with my product. Would 100% come back to this Starbucks and would love to have Gur as my barista!

Great Customer service from the people who work there. However, this Starbucks charges more for their coffee then other Starbucks. Was not happy when what I usually order everytime was more expensive at this location then at the Sherway location. How can that be when Starbucks is already expensive as it is.
This location has amazing customer service! My baristas Attir and Sam were amazing!! Both extremely proficient and very welcoming. They made my starbucks experience 10x better!
Such a terrible service!!!Wait 10 minutes for a black coffee to be pouted into a cup???The staff here pays more attention to what coworkers say than to what customers say. So, as a result, that black coffee turned into a latte...Stay away from this Starbucks if you can.
