Dinero is great but only one thing caffee too strong and bitter

Good Starbucks. Staff is very friendly. They do great cappuccinos. Usually go there on weekends and I always have a great experience. Big parking lot. Free WiFi.

The customer service at this Starbucks is beyond appalling.We asked for extra oak milk in our order, and when we got to the window and saw the drink we requested again. The lady SNATCHES the drink back, gives it to the blond barista who then ROLLS HER EYES, and adds the milk and just gives it back. We asked for their names and the managers name. They IGNORED US COMPLETELY and walked away. We didn't move away until we got the managers name from another lady who was working there, and told them that this behavior is DISGUSTING. We came for coffee, not attitude! The girls acted like they were 5 and had the worst attitude I have ever seen. How they even got this job blows my mind! I see why there was no line for this starbucks. I strongly suggest driving the 2 minutes further and going to to the Dixie Road (and Eglinton) starbucks where the gas station is. Every single staff member is really nice at that location. Dont waste your time going to this one.

Such an awful place, I ordered a drink through the APP, but I got one which was different. There is no sorry, no any apologies, just told me that’s my drink. They test same. Then I ask they redo one for me. I can’t believe this happened, that employee gave me really bad attitude and throw the blender in basin in front of me. I didn’t know what her have been through that day, but she really shouldn’t treat customer like that.

There was a new girl at the drive thru and she overcharged me for my iced coffee. I always pay $3.95 flat and she charged me $4.46 because she said it’s taxed. I paid $8.40 for my iced coffee and a iced black coffee. Also she didn’t know how to scan my card for points. Told me I need to have money on my card in order to gain points. Everyone else seems to do it but if she doesn’t know how, then she should ask someone to show her how to do it. So I got overcharged and also didn’t get my points nor a receipt on the app. I always come to this Starbucks, I’m disappointed.Walked over to get a sandwich and they had absolutely 0 sandwiches, only breakfast ones… I’m not going to pay almost $6 for a grilled cheese sandwich lol

Make sure you follow all the offers. Because every rep is not always aware of all the offers.

Worst experience ever at a Starbucks! Uncaring and unprofessional staff. I counted 4 employees standing there chatting while ignoring me. I waited more than 8 minutes before one staff member finally came over to take my order. I watched as a young lady came from behind the counter (where the staff was congregating) and placed an order right after me and yes, you guessed it, she was served before me. Very disappointing.

Baristas are great at this location. Very friendly and always make great drinks. Can't complain and would not improve anything as its great.

It was my fist time in this location and I had such an amazing interaction with employees ❤️STU was so very sweet, such a positive attitude he made my day with his lovely energy very lovely hopeto see him again the next time i come to this starbucks

While it can be incredibly busy, the people behind the drinks are kind, caring and I'm not biased at all. (For real though, yall keep coming back, it's incredibl..y tiring but the team is amazing so it's all good <3)
