This bad review goes to their employees Lau..en. She was busy chatting with other customer and never paid attention to the order. I ordered Caramel ribbon frab, she didn’t put the crunch on it and no caramel and even no ice, when I asked her she said we don’t have crunch. Thanks to the other employee who apologized for the bad order and he made a new one with the crunch.

I would give this place even zero star if I could . I went today to this place and I was very disappointed with their customer service and the attitude the drink maker gave us was very bad . She made six different drinks and made them all wrong. And when I asked why the caramel crunch frap doesn't have caramel sugar or caramel ribbon she said they are out of the topping while she put that on other drinks. She literally threw the drinks on the table . When asked for trays she said again they are out of it and when I checked the other side they have stacked of it on the table . What kind of business is this to not inform the customers of shortages of stuff at the point of sale .don't recommend this place .

Wow I’ve never seen so many people at Starbucks. People had their lawn chairs sitting even outside this store to use the internet that was down all over but it was working here! The employees were amazing laughing handing out samples even outside. Best Starbucks I have ever been to!!

Amazing staff. Stopped in for a coffee and a quick meeting and the staff made my morning brighter. Phenomenal team and a truly unique experience compared to other Starbucks

I always stop at this Starbucks when driving along the QEW and it has the most consistently great customer service! Staff are super friendly every single time, and have given me awesome drink recommendations as well. Highly recommend!

Good looking. It doesn't get as busy and it has enough tables to sit and work. The only drawback is that it is easy to miss from Hurontario. There is enough parking. No drive thru service though.

I made a mobile order 10+ mins before arrival, when I got there only my drink was ready... that’s fine, they saw me waiting just with the drink and 10 mins passed when I asked about my sandwich they said they didn’t have the one I ordered so if I wanted a different one, ok, I picked a different one and waited for another 10 mins. When I asked how long it’ll be for it to be ready because I had to go to work the barista replied: “it’ll be another minute, there were more orders to be done before and AFTER yours”. I had ordered mobile for a reason and the reason was to be in and out. Instead I had to wait way longer than if I would of just ordered in store. I ended up leaving without the sandwich because other wise I was going to be late for work.

Coffee is always Luke warm an hour or less before closing...they won't brew fresh coffee in the last hour or less. It's hit or miss but coffee should always be fresh. Pathetic. Talked to employee and they didn't care. Avoid this location in the last hour if u want hot coffee...cause you won't get fresh coffee after 930pm most of the time.

i’ve ordered lunch from this location the past 2 days, and both days we’ve had issues.day 1: drinks spilled across the bag . i understand that things happen, so i got napkins and spent minutes cleaning the mess. i also ordered the drink at extra hot, but i received it cold. though i understand things happen during the delivery process.day 2: today i’m seriously upset. i was really looking forward to my lunch all morning. i got 2 drinks. both the same drink but one in a short and one in a venti. i received my drinks and see that they gave me two different drinks. the larger, i cannot drink due to medical reasons; 7 dollars down the drain. the second drink, is normal though major spillage - whatever though. i open the venti to take a picture to report the incident to uber eats to get a refund and i see that the venti is clearly missing 1/3 of the ENTIRE DRINK. so what they must have down is steam a venti amount of milk, but to cut time, fill the short cup completely, and use the remaining milk for the venti - completely scamming the process. i understand that rushes happen and it’s hard to manage, but they need to manage. i might as well have just paid for a venti and split up the liquid myself. i’m very irritated. please improve.

First time coming here!
