I am generally not a fan of Starbucks sandwiches, but the environment they provide is exceptional. The staff at all Starbucks don’t have that ‘leave soon’ face. This particular location is a bit small but their patio seating covers for the small space in summers.

This is one of the few locations I’ve been to, and I frequent Starbucks a lot, that actually understands what light ice means. Thank you for not filling my cup up over half way with ice even when I ask for light ice. Great work to the barista.

I ordered 2 grande size cappuccino which cost $4.75 plus the 15% GST. What I got was a cup that was 1/3 full and rest foam. I won’t come here again if I have the option to go to a small privately owned coffee shop. It’s a rip off coming here.

Staff works hard to make sure you get your order fast. Some people are not patient, I enjoy my experience every time I come.

If I could I would add a 0. This store habitually closes before their stated time on their site and google maps.Just tonight I was waiting in the drive through line 5 minutes before they closed and was fully ignored. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment.I thought starbucks was suppose to be good at customer service lol

I’m not sure what’s up with loading up every drink with excessive ice…. Are you guys cost cutting on the ingredients? After conducting an analysis, and multiple drive through rounds to ensure that quality assurance was being met for this location, or even if the person taking the order was even Listening. In my conclusion either you guys don’t understand what very light ice is …. Or 4 ice cubes is … or maybe the staff is lazy / ignorant to follow instructions. Whatever the case is I’ll be coming in to speak to the manager.

After a LONG day I went through the drive-thru and was helped by Alek. I didn’t realize how amazing this customer experience was until I drove away..He was so kind, friendly and genuinely asked how my day was going - it was a pleasant surprise and have me a much needed smile.I do not visit Starbucks frequently but this experience has definitely changed that.Thank you, Alek!

waited in the drive through since 9:35 and they closed at 10. By the time we got to the ordering machine it was 9:55 and by that time the employee told us they were closed and could not take our order (they close at 10). However, the car in front of us got their drink even though we came to the drive through seconds apart. Very terrible service. If they were too busy to take our order why not send an employee out and let us know so we don't waste half an hour in line just for us not to get our drinks either.

My go to Starbucks because I live right beside and usually the experience is good. Today however the girl working drive thru was was so unpleasant. She made it clear she hates her job. From the time I got to the window to paying to receiving my drink she never said a word. I asked for a straw for my drink and the look she gave me was like I was sooo bothersome. I come here everyday I really hope I don’t get served by her again.
