I had forgotten the gift card I received but still ordered a $7 drink only to watch a new employee really struggle to make my drink and watched others get their drink before mine. I got that sinking feeling, As I was looking forward to this drink, I kindly asked the trainer if she can make the drink which she promptly said it will be done soon. As I expected, it was extremely strong, probably not decaf, and not stirred.
There should really be a sign at the drive thru that says "DO NOT BLOCK LANES". People going to the drive thru here are constantly in the way instead of just waiting for enough room to get in the drive thru. It's very annoying and with slow service you can't even expect the cars to get out of the way quickly.
Horrible customer service took 25 min to make my order wish could give them no stars on the top they made my order wrong. Nice keep up your service like this to get more 1 stars and nice reviews with people frustration and anger.
Just like the other reviews!I requested light ice but seems like they added extra ice. Other locations don’t do this. It seems they’re specifically instructed to reduce their cost. Drink was just water, waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and go to other location.
Love this starbucks! I go almost everyday and the people are the sweetest! they are so kind and welcoming! uber messed up my order and they gave me a free drink and gift card, even though it was not their fault at all. i absolutely love this starbucks<3
Great cafe, friendly staff, made a tall decaf Americano for me in record quick time. Lots of parking outside, drive through as well. Will definitely return!
Drive thru took long.In my order there was a juice involved, they forgot to provide straw. I was in a rushStill had to return to store to get one. No biggy but time consuming.
I always have a lot of customizations on my drinks and every time they make it the same. Taste and service never changes even over the years. Keep it up!
The worse customer service in Mississauga. I want to say this to the girl this morning on the drive through side (9:30AM March 19,2022)"if you crazy, stay at home, don't go to work. If you angry and something wrong with you, stay home, don't go to work". If you work, then work nicely. Dont give bad eyes to customers like they done something wrong.I don't know why Starbuck hired employee who have very bad attitude, bad communication and bad customer service.
Definitely worse customer service in all the Mississauga locations. I was here earlier and the customer service was horrible. It wasn’t busy however in the drive thru the girl taking the order was rushing. I ordered my drink correctly as I always order this drink and they forgot to press almond milk. No big deal I mentioned at the window when I saw no almond milk on the receipt. The girl at the window was extremely rude and told me I would have to come in even tho it was their mistake. I’ve had this happen a million times and they are always apologetic remake the drink and that’s all. But because she was rushing and didn’t punch in my order right now I have to wait longer and COME IN… how does that make sense I chose the drive thru for a reason. To make it worse once in came in and waited10 minutes the girl making my drink asked if I was the remake I said yes and she basically threw the drink down and it splashed on the table. I was treated like I did something wrong. It was the worse customer service from a Starbucks I’ve ever seen.
