WIFI NEVER WORKS! Facility is clean and employees are wonderful people. But I am not spending $5+ on a drink for there to be no wifi! Please fix this!

This place has been great for the past year until recently. Very friendly staff, and always quick to put together my order.I have been using the mobile pickup option when I am on my way to the office in the morning because it is quick and easy. It is starting to become a problem. In the last month or so I have been getting the wrong coffee made for me and of course I don't notice until I am on my way to the office or sometimes at the office. I don't have time to go back to the location outside my condo to get a new one made. I have been ordering the same thing for weeks: Venti Irish Cream Americano, Nonfat with 3 pumps. The order has been wrong around 5 times in the last month. I have gotten just an americano (twice), a hazelnut latte, a blonde coffee, and an iced americano.This is very frustrating considering how much we pay for a Starbucks coffee.
Wednesday evening shift 12/1 - The worst service ever - Cant believe this is happening at a Starbucks. I am a regular and asked for a mocha no whip. First - they missed my order which is ok. I reordered and specifically asked them to not add whipped cream but they still did. When I asked them to remove the whip - the barista just threw the whipped cream out and added milk ! And then they were unapologetic about it were rude and made a fuss about giving us a replacement ! I mean if I am paying 5 bucks for a coffee the least I expect is that they do it right and give me a damn replacement! Never experienced this at any starbucks. Guess you need to change the staff here starbucks!
I agree with the post by Ann Varghese and witnessed the entire incident. Not only did the barista and the manager take our order wrong, they were not even a tad bit apologetic. And moreover they spoke to us with attitude and were treating us with total disrespect. This is not acceptable at all. Even at busy places like tim hortons and McDonald’s we have never been treated like this. Totally unacceptable
Good clean location with friendly staff members.They also have a chalkboard that has cute/cool drawings on it to look at while you’re waiting for your order (although I don’t think there’s anything interesting there now); still a really nice addition.
Went in and ordered four drinks on my own - cashier didn’t bother to tell me they don’t have any glass holders. Once the employee served me the drinks, she said they don’t have any available! Is it too much to expect basic customer service and common sense?
