Terrible experience. Waiter and she claimed to be the manager. Was rushing us to order. Then brought the wrong order. When I told her this is not what we ordered. Her answer was , I don't want you to come here again. Extremely rude and shows no interest in her work. Didn't care at all and doesn't know what customer service is .I don't recommend going there. My one star is honest and not because I got upset.
It was my first and last time because simply our waitress kicked us out and told us don't come again! She was yelling at us from the first minute all of that because we went at 7 and they close at 7:30 we even said sorry because she made us very uncomfortable then the food came and was not what we ordered and she started yelling again and kicked us out when I asked about the manager she said I'm the manager I'm sure she's not she didn't care about customer service or reviews or anything, believe me, don't ruin your dinner they are very rude

Horrible customer service. Food is prepared with no interest. Wants to flip the customers quickly. Rude waitresses.
Been here twice with the family and we have had a great time. Food is nice and service is friendly. Will definitely keep going. Thanks guys.
The two stars are only for the chefs prepared our meals so tasty.But the servers were bit rude with us only.The woman was older lady with blonde hair.She was responding in a rude way.She was nice with other customers.I was with my boyfriend.we went for breakfast.Because of there ignorant and rude behaviour we decided not to give any Tips.
The food was OK. The environment was good. Why the 1 star?The service of the waitress was terrible! She was an older lady and she basically yelled at me because I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order. I went there to meet a friend. I got there early, got a coffee, a cranberry juice and water. I was studying while I was waiting. After my friend arrived, I asked what’s the best she would recommend on the menu. She didn’t have an answer (because she clearly didn’t have a recommendation). Then, I was trying to figure out what I wanted and she started yelling at me “you’ve been here 2 hours!” The place wasn’t even busy and I ordered coffee while reading! I was there for LONGER than 2 hours due to studying and meeting a friend. The owner should teach the waitress how to serve. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I eventually asked Loretta to be our waitress, and she was great. But the old lady waitress is probably starting to lose her ability to do her job and anything else. Not coming back to this location.
What a fantastic restaurant! We were coming from Dixie Outlet and wanted something to eat. Found Stanfield Grill on Google, checked out the menu and decided to give it a try . My husband had the Saturday rib & wing combo special and I had the home burger. Everything was freshly made and delicious with generous portions. The staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back!
Exceptional service, decent specials and the food is always great! Everyone looks at the grill house like a seniors joint which is fine too. They attract peeps because of good prices. But for anyone who visits it's great drinks and great food no matter what age. When I'm in the neighbourhood, my buddies and I are here for sure.
they didnt have several items on their menu when we visited, including ice cream and draft beer. we got the bruschetta, it was good besides having way too many onions. we ended up not eating all of it because it was a bit of a chore to pick half the onion off.
