I came in to try out the ayce boneless chicken. Unfortunately the food was bad. Very bad. First, you can only choose one flavour each time you order. Unlike the impression the website gives me, which is dips on the side that you can choose. Second, the first order comes in 15 pieces and with a ton of fries. If you picked a sauce that you don’t want, well you are stuck with it. Third, the sauce is soooooo salty, I am not sure how anyone can finish 1 piece let alone 15. The fries also tasted old. Feels like it’s been refried after sitting out for hours. Maybe someone will like it, but I wouldn’t go back if they paid me $19.99 unless the food is significantly improved.
My friends and I came in to try the AYCE boneless chicken. You can only choose 1 flavour at first which comes with about 15 pieces. Once you're done, you can get 5 more with a different flavour. Sadly the chicken was ridiculously salty. We think it was the breading. I wouldn't recommend eating the boneless chicken here. But the staff were great.
Went here for lunch with my family. Waited at the door for 5 mins before seating ourselves. The girl Monica was to busy with her phone. Came to the table not interested at all. Literally no one else in the restaurant. Ordered beer and wings. Wings came out cold and looked like they sat in the window for a few minutes. We asked if they could be heated up but she walked away. Will not be returning to this location.
Ordered online. Easy pick up. The young lady working behind the bar was fast and friendly and I was out quick with all of my food. Great experience and food for my team.
I wish I could give zero. To starr the restaurant was empty, yet it took 5 minutes for someone to seat me and my family, and even then she didn't seat us. She told us to sit where ever.Then it took yet another 10 minutes for her to come and check our Covid passport. When we got our food, I had ordered the Mississippi Honey BBQ Boneless Chick, a thing of Fried Pickles and a pint of Stella. The chicken was burnt and chewy. The fries were hard and the waitress waited till we were finished to ask how we were.I had made clear at time of ordering mine was on a separate bill yet she still placed it all on one bill.The vast Majority of the time she was playing on her phone.The rest of the family their boneless chicken was chewy with hard fries. The Cauliflower was no where as good as the other locations. Pretty safe to say I will not be returning to this location. At least not anytime soon.
Came in for a beer in the afternoon for the first time about a month ago, and have been back 3 times since mainly because of the bartender monica. It’s pretty quiet during the day, but she’s always so kind and attentive and so pleasant to talk to, which is something I have trouble encountering now with servers at different restaurants because most of them just always seem annoyed. I haven’t tried the food yet, but the genuine service has been great so far! This place has easily become a go-to spot for a beer
the girl with the curly hair literally forgot about my order and did not apologize and made us wait 20 mins and she tried to play it off like it was just going to take longer when a few of us had ordered at the same time. At least be honest about your mistake. When confronted with the rudest attitude she said "uh there was a lot of calls got confused" when we asked for a dill sauce she caught an attitude? the customer service is absolutely terrible would not recommend at all. ridiculous.
Went there for lunch but left and had to go elsewhere. Servers paid no attention at all . We had to call her every time we needed something. She was busy on her phone. Not once did she ask if we needed something or how our apps tasted.. Poor service!!!! Staff should not be allowed to be on their phones while at work, this way they could focus on customers.She did not even have to answer phone ringing.
Really nice and clean place with a lot of nice flatscreens and the bartenders never have a problem asking them to put one of the screens on a particular game or channel. Great wings too.
