Terrible. Went during lunch hour the first time which wasn't busy at all, ordered the steak & honey dijon wrap, went back to the office to eat it, discovered ZERO meat. Went back to the let them know, and the gentleman seemed to know right away when I walked in that something was wrong. To his credit, he apologized, made the sandwich again and gave a full refund. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and visited again a few weeks later. Ordered the same sandwich, went back to the office, surprise surprise, no meat again. I checked the reviews and it seems that this has happened multiple times to different people. Terrible business practice if this their way to cut cost. Will go to Mr. Sub next time where I can see what they're putting in my wrap.PS: kitchen staff should be wearing gloves and hair nets at the minimum.
Wandered in here on a Timmies run one day and the menu is quite large. There is a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free food. The employee at the counter was very flexible and happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions and preferences. The food arrived in under 10 minutes, it was hot and delicious. I saw several interactions with customers while I was waiting and it is clear it is a go-to spot for many with Sprouts knowing their regular customers orders by heart. I will definitely be back to try more. A nice alternative to Freshii.
I just ordered the grilled chicken ceasar salad and the chicken was not COOKED!!! Horrible!! I took it to go, so no refund for me. Just a waste of money.
I ate here almost everyday while working in Mississauga. It’s amazing. It’s the perfect balance of healthy and delicious. I even got my workplace hooked on it. The staff are also so nice and a pleasure to visit and I don’t say that often. I get a chicken caeser wrap with house salad. Amazing everytime
Really great sandwiches and salads. My coworkers and I all get lunch here multiple times per week. The owner is really friendly, and everything is always fresh. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. Try the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, it is so good!

Quick and easy lunch to grab during work if you are in a pinch and want something healthier. However, I find that for the price, the food is a bit tasteless beyond salty.
Went there today for the first time. Got the chicken tai wrap and was pleasantly pleased, manager was great and helped me figure out what I’d most likely prefer with no problem.
