I visited this location and ordered a Philly Cheese Steak poutine and asked if I was able to get a cup of water on the side. One of the staff at the register, an older man (possibly the owner or manager?) moved to get me a bottle of water from the beverage fridge and I clarified that I would prefer a cup of water, rather than a bottle. He told me that they did not have any cups. Interestingly, right after he said this another, younger, worker at the cash tried to tell him that we did have cups for water. However, the old man told him to be quiet and reaffirmed to me that they did not have any cups of water available.I don't know if this was just a tactic to try to get me to buy an overpriced bottle of water but I found it quite suspicious. Suffice to say, I will not be visiting this location again.The poutine was okay, though it felt like the fries were a mix of old and fresh fries.

If you want a serious Poutine this is the place. A bit pricy but it was a big serving.
I recently visited this Smoke’s location and ordered a Butter Chicken Poutine and Popcorn Chicken. The cheese and gravy were both hot and fresh. Food was very tasty, and the people were nice and helpful. I would recommend to friends. Good spot!
Yesterday we visited Smoke”s Poutinerie city center, my daughter enjoyed the vege nacho poutine , food was awesome, service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.
I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at a Smoke's Poutinerie until this location.The service was slow, and lazy. And the food wasn't properly prepared, in fact the only reason I'm giving two stars versus one is that the gravy was at least tasty. But the fries and cheese curds were lacking, and it's disappointing to feel that a poutine at McDonalds was treated in better condition than this one.
Had the best time there. I was there with my family and ordered their vegetarian rainbow, and grilled chicken poutine. It was out of the world. Fresh and hot the way I like. Great service and lovely people.
I had ordered veg rainbow poutine at 4032 confederation parkway, Mississauga! Service was fantastic! Hot and yummy poutine. Just loved it! I highly recommend to visit this location !

The poutine at this place is always fresh. Karan is the best, though he is alone with all the rush he makes sure he understands your order & recommends the best. I have been here many times but lately it great meeting a person with a smile to help you. Thank you.
