I have been a loyal customer and a couple weeks ago their milkshake tasted expired. I called and the lady told me that i could have a free one next time I placed an order.I called today to place an order and the lady on the phone said there was no record of such a thing and didn't bother asking for my name or checking. Worst customer service ever. They offered me a free milkshake and then said they didn't know.I am never spending a dime here again. The least you could do is offer better customer service. ??????
Visited this place with my friends today, had a wonderful experience. The customer service was top notch. The milkshakes were really delicious. Enjoyed them a-lot. Great place to hang out with loved ones.
the store was very clean and the aesthetic is gorgeous!! the menu was easy to read and understand. both employees were exceptionally pleasant to talk to. our drinks were made quickly and accurately. they said it would take five minutes to make our drinks, creme brulee & coconut cream pie milkshakes, and they would text us when it was ready. it was exactly five minutes and the milkshakes were perfect. not too sweet and the right blend of flavours, and the right amount of shake. the pricing is in line with the area, $15 for two milkshakes.this has now become my new milkshake spot!!
Fantastic place for a variety of desserts! Presentation is second to none and it tastes as good as it looks. Staff is amazing and friendly. Truly recommend giving this place a try...you won't be disappointed.
Cute little place, I tried the Ferraro shake and the coconut flavor as well, both tasted delicious and the service was great.
My 1st experience was fantastic.I had the lotus biscoff sundae & my niece enjoyed her chocolate fudge sundae as well. The menu has a great selection of choices too choose from & pricing is affordable. Not expensive. I'll definitely come back here again with some Friends too enjoy.
October 2021 3.5★a nice addition to the neighborhood, this is a fairly small shop offering milk shakes, muffins and waffles.Having a small footprint, this shop offers only takeout. Their menu isn't too long either.If your here, your considering going just like I did one evening.Ordered #7 She's Nuts - Ferrero Rocher milk shake. If your looking for a thick milk shake, this isn't for you. It was a bit runny and I spilled some walking out of the store. Personally, could've had more ice cream and could've been more chocolatey. Most of the taste was primarily milk. There were some nuts inside as well. While the chocolate sprinkles on the outside of the cup looked nice, it probably would've been better for them to be inside to provide a chocolatey crunch instead of just being aesthetically pleasing and difficult to eat.A bit on the pricier side, but everything has gone up with inflation. Personally, could've been a tad cheaper as well.Given it's a small business, the customer service was good.I think if your reading this and considering, I'd suggest trying it if you're in the area.

The experience was really good. Went out on Oct 17, 2021, ordered 2 best selling shakes. Birthday shake and Ferror Roccer shake. Love both of them, customer service was really good. If you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is THE place for it. Amazing milkshakes and bakery of flavours. Waffle cones are to die for. Definitely be back again to try other flavours.
