I love this shop and I'm a very old customer here .My recent experience on May 26th was really bad though! I saw the girl who works there drop a pile of coffee cup lids that scattered on the floor and then pick them all up and put them on the counter for use while her other male colleague was watching also!! Me and my friend were shocked and we had to tell her that what she did was really unhealthy and dangerous. We asked her also to throw those lids in the garbage ..she was hesitant to do so but we were firm and told her that we will complain to the owner .. she throw them away eventually and apologized!Please ? ? teach your employees the basics of hygiene and safety!!
Based on my first time being here at this location it was an ok experience at 920pm staff seem very tired and ready to go home displays were ok things seem clean, the items we got were ok but the washroom was not in the greatest shape one was out of order and the other the toilet handle was holding on with tape the soap dispenser had no soap there was a small hand soap bottle and there was no hook to hang your jacket, the washrooms need alot of work. But I would come back just not anytime soon not one of my first places to come to.
Worst place ever, I have been assulted by a group of their customers inside the store with a watergun!!!! Yes you read that right!! Police should have been called immediately but they didn't even try to do that. They asked me to leave my number but they didn't call even to apologize. I am also sure that they will not bother to ban those rude customers from entering the store again. Of course I called the police, but because the store was closed and they were not the ones who made the call, police will not try to check the camaras inside the store on the next day. Of course I will try to take legal action if possible.
cleanliness is really bad for the washrooms and coffee was cold. If you want hot coffee they just re heat your coffee my using the steamer instead of making fresh coffee. Cozy place but not the greatest. Go here is you just want to find a place to study and sit, other than than it’s a 6/10
Honestly not a great experience. Both coffees were cold and I saw they used a milk steamer to heat up my old coffee. I hate leaving bad reviews but even going for a second cup of coffee I had no discount for a refill. And it was also cold. Unfortunately it’s not a cafe experience I was looking for.
Rating is mostly for the space they have here. They're as limited with the foods they offer as a Starbucks would be, apart from having better desserts by size and selection
Great place to get a great coffee and place to work on laptop. Place has nice ambience and you can also charge your laptop or other devices.
Ordered from here through DoorDash and every single food item I ordered was still in the plastic wrap not warmed up or anything.. I’ve never been inside this location to meet any employees but this is definitely an act of pure laziness. I pretty much had to waste some time cooking my food. Highly disappointed, something you wouldn’t expect from a second cup location..
the attitude is unreal, I came today between 11am and 12pm and I received a ton of attitude for some reason, just to be clear there is an Asian young man who keeps on giving me attitude whenever I walk into the store today he was yelling at me when I told him I wanted less ice in my drink. This needs to stop. And I request the store owner to take action towards such an employee who could unfortunately bring the whole store down.
Used to be a nice place. Apparently a new owner.My visit was Sunday at 9:15pm and the store closes at 10pm. These timings will make a difference as you will know later. Only one barista serving and the store is busy, it took me around 15 minutes to pick my drinks. I ordered two regular coffee drinks with milk and wanted to use the washroom until my order gets ready. I approached the washroom and found a young lady telling me she has to wash it and since store is closing in nearly 30 minutes she would not allow customers to use it for the rest of the night!!I could not believe it so I went to the barista wondering so he suggested me to go to a public washroom that is nearby!!! I asked to speak to the manager as I felt this is inappropriate, only to find him saying it is the young lady cleaning up the washroom. I returned back to the lady to speak to her since my drinks were not ready yet, I started to explicitly express how bad I felt towards that attitude so she said give me couple minutes to finish cleaning up then you can use it. I was able to use the washroom eventually but felt bad towards the attitude.Coffee is not bad but for the price I would go to Starbucks. Not going to return back again considering the attitude of the staff.
