I beloved this place one of the best middle eastern restaurants in Ontario.The quality is excellent, the flavours are authentic, the portions are good and prices are fairly reasonable.The service was fast and Rouba was outstanding in servicing our table.The naboulsi cheese is a must, if you like hummus the beiruti hummus is the one to order, falafel is the best , crunchy with real flavour!
Food is amazing. The salad comes with chips(or breads, not sure exactly how it’s called). It’s fresh and tasty! Meat are all good, though my friend was disappointed as the chicken Eacalope was not made as the typical Syria way, filled with chicken and cheese. But overall it’s good. The sauce for chicken Escalope was sooooo yummy! It goes well with all the meals! A good place for Syria food. There is still a bit room for customer service improvement though :)
We tried mixed grill and chicken skewers and it was great. The freshly baked bread tastes great with the grilled chicken and meat. The prices are also very reasonable. The service and atmosephere of the place is also great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic middle eastern food.
Our first time trying Arabic food. Tasty hummus and their traditional bread is very good. Generous food portions and very tasty. Beverages a tad over priced but overall a good deal for your money. Don't load up on the bread as some dishes are big. Good services and polite staff. Dee M. Toronto, ON
The food experience was amazing. the staff was so nice and welcoming!!! Like I can't put anymore emphasize on it. The food was so good that we came back for breakfast the next day and let me tell you, we may have slept for the rest of the day after that. The staff is so nice they moved out of their way to help me wish a beautiful birthday for my dad. It was a worth it! 6hours drive to there honestly. Excited to come back some time soon. :) Thank you again!
Superb Middle Eastern Food in GTA. I highly recommend this place for amazing flavour at a very reasonable price. The pitas are freshly made and you can order as many as you need.The service could improve as it took time to place the order and the food to come but the staff is very courteous.I will definitely come here again!
Would have given an extra star if that was an option…this place has earned its rating purely based on its food.Can’t praise the food enough…everything we tried tasted fabulous…and the prices of the dishes were also quite reasonable…One feedback for the restaurant - pls update your menus …they are in a very bad state and also does not have any description…very hard to decide what to eat purely based on names. I had to visit your online website menu to get description of the dishes
I have a love-hate relationship with Roman Zaman. Absolutely love their food. Their pistachio kunafeh paired with Turkish coffee is to die for! Their Musakhan serving is generous, rich, packed with flavours and one of the best middle-eastern dishes I’ve ever had. But their service is dreadful. 3 out of my 8 (approx) visits, they ran out of Musakhan. Most servers wear AirPods and therefore cannot hear what you are ordering in the first go. They have good demeanour but slightly careless about client service. Be prepared to wait longer for service. If anything go there for the good food and beautiful ambience. I wish them the best and hope their service improves.
Lovely brunch at Roman Zaman. The food is sensational. And the ambiance is cozy comfy feels like an oasis. Lovely service here right from the moment you enter the restaurant. The bread … oh my gosh!!! Right out of the wood burning oven. Food is freshly made from the heart down to the perfected ingredients. Every bite I took a moment to enjoy the taste. Complements to the chef ??? ??? .. what a delicacy to drop by this beautiful restaurant✨
