Tasty wraps with fresh ingredients. Good portions for the chicken shawarmas and the staff was friendly. The prices are fair but I was not impressed with the fact that a take out place would sell a single bottle of Kirkland ( costco) water for $2.20. That boggles the mind when they get it for less than $0.25 each. Water, the healthy choice, being exploited by this restaurant. Because of this only 3 stars for their 880% markup for budget H20!
Always went here for lunch. Amazing for like 4 months. Now don't waste your time. To the owner. You went from one of the best I recommend to everyone. Now it a dive. Not worth 1 star. Quality and quantity way down.

Just visited this place now and it's one of the best shawarma in Etobicoke/Mississauga. Generous portions, reasonably priced. We've been here a few times and the quality is always the same. Will keep coming back.
After a long wait the order taker skipped me in line. I spoke up but he didn't hear me. A simple misunderstanding I know. I spoke louder because I had a mask on, the server then got upset that I was shouting at him. I tried to explain that it was because of my mask and that he didn't originally hear me. I don't think he understood me because his english was broken and he was talking over me. He was yelling at me about my lack of respect and made the simple misunderstanding a big deal. I let him know I'll be leaving as a sign of showing him respect by not engaging in a shouting match. He proceeded to shout at me as I left the store. Very embarrassing I know. I just went down the street to Taza Express and they served me quickly and kindly.
The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing! I've been purchasing a catering plate for our family gatherings and always get complements on the food.
If you care about COVID-19 safety at all, do NOT go to this restaurant. I went in the other day and there were about 10 staff I could see in the kitchen, not one of which was wearing masks even though they were preparing food. A few staff working behind the order counter also prepared food without masks on, or with their nose sticking out of their mask. This restaurant is NOT Covid-safe.

Came in to order food... Chefs in the back were not wearing masks, neither was the girl behind the counter. Was told I would not be served without a mask...ok where's yours? You're handling food.. I work outside landscaping
