This is place is mostly busy and crowded since it’s located in the mall and there’s always waiting. My go to order in this place is their house special milk black tea with homemade tapioca pearls. The thing is sweetness of the drink is always changing. I usually put 100% of sugar (regular sugar) but sometimes it’s really sweet and sometimes it’s not sweet. But other than that, their drink tastes good and their homemade tapioca pearls are good!
This place has never disappointed me. Excellent stop for a refreshing drink while shopping. Lines can be long. Store attempts to fulfill the orders in shortest time..
My fav place to visit specially during summertime!Even during their rush hours, I never waited more than 7-10 min to get my drink! The employees work super fast to complete all the orders! The all time fav drink is their Mango Diamond slush! Amazing taste!
Bad service staff not giving priority to customer who ahead of other customers and when u called them on the issue they made stupid excuses. The mango slush full of syrup not really fruit....
Good bubble tea here. Sometimes it's a hit or miss. One day the bubble tea is really good. The next day it's off.. overall this location is usually good however the wait time is ridiculous
Ordered mango slushes that were very inconsistent to what the order usually is. Very watery no slush very few mango chunks tasted like water with a hint of mango. Complained to management, send photos, they responded "we talked to the crew and they said it was fine". Wow, just wow. That's nice, I know it's not. That's why we called in the first place after experiencing a horrible drink. Management left quite a sour impression and 1 star until they resolve this issue. Kung Fu has half price large mango bubble tea on Thursday I'll be going there instead.Edit: It took a couple phone calls and emails and 5 days but management gave us coupons for a replacement for the two large mango drinks. It's appreciated on our end hoping the next drink is as consistent as it usually us. Upgraded to 3 star due to the eventual outcome.
Decided to get a new drink. Wanted something warm, since it was cold out. Passion fruit and lemon was sooooo good! Highly recommended!
My girls loved this place, and it would be their go to if we lived closer. Said it was the best they ever had, and we live in Vancouver with plenty of bubble tea spots

I'd give Real Fruit 3 stars because of the inconsistency. Sometimes pearls are good, other times rock solid. The drinks are also a hit or miss - mango diamond slush is delicious but another drink, the taro sherbet, tastes artificial and icy. Haven't tried the milk tea as it doesn't seem to be their specialty.Everything is super expensive and there's always a really long wait unless you go first thing in the morning. It's definitely better value to make your own mango smoothie at home ?
