Hi there,I am giving this review because of your servers. They have the worst customer service. Please hire experienced people for your front desk. The offended faces they made is worst. We are paying and having our food. If after paying for the full food we are facing these issues then please shut down your place if you doesn’t serve it properly during busy hours and know how to serve. Because they ignore if we complain. How come you people satisfy your clients if so many clients are disappointed.
The meadowale town center location is the most pathetic Indian restaurant with garbage food. Ordered large shahi paneer and gave 4 pieces of paneer in it. Panner is plain with no taste at all. Ordered Chana bhatura and the canned chana tastes better, bhatura was ok but the quantity given is not even enough for 1 bhatura. Asked for chana and was told it’s 5$ extra Overall poor customer service with no taste. Try Kesar Chana Bhatura in comparison and you will feel the night and day difference. All the good reviews are for sure Paid!!
They are running scam by surving small.quantity so person has to forcely buy extra serving specially in chole bhature . It happen with me evertime with everone which i noticed.They give less cholle so you cant finish bhatura and end up buying chole to finish .it even happen when i ordered . They are very greedy .they forcefully charge 5$ for chole which make 14$ each of same plate which already over priced as per tast .which is costly as per market standard .
Worst outlet ever. Everything they gave was stale and ended up with food poisoning. Don't buy anything from here please avoid this place.Kachori was probably few days old and was soaked up in oil. Pav bhaji masala had a stale smell and oily as well.This place was good initially but now terribly bad please avoid, if you wish to be healthy.
Worse experience !!!!!I ordered like $50 worth of food. But not a single item worth of money.. channa bhatura was having OIL like crazy and veggie pakora were half cooked (not cooked from inside), veg thali (all the curries were not having any taste just tons of oil).No clean tables .. staff was using same gloves to handle food and touching high contact areas ..So dissatisfied !!!!It was so disappointing as my occasion was completely ruined !Will not recommend anyone to go there is they are looking for authentic Indian food, especially when they are going there to celebrate…awful experience!
Slow service, small quantities and rude staff. The people on register treat everyone rudely including their own staff.The food quality is going down day by day and sometimes it feels like they cut corners on quality and quantity.Its not Brampton, you will not survive here long.
This is my first google review and the customer service and complaint management is pathetic that I had to leave a review . I had ordered thali and two almond milk from this location .Nuts used in the milk were of poor quality and it had a pungent smell and it was clearly spoilt. Accidentally I fed this to my two years old . When I complained about this to the manager , looks they don’t care and won’t refund my money either .Worst customer service and food quality ! I strongly don’t recommend this place .
Food quality is average, bought dhoda burfi which tastes bitter.Chana and paneer kulcha is average too. Salad was ok but kulcha was below quality.Staff is helpful and polite but restaurant need to work on quality of the food.You may charge bit extra but must work on quality.
First time visit at Meadowvale Town center and this is the best food place in town. So clean and follow the Covid rules. Now talk about food. The best taste and quality quantity of food is more than expect. Customer Service is very good.For sure recommend. Once tast and will go again. Try once
