I bought a meatball sub from the Subway in this store. When I got home which was just 60 seconds away, I found the meatballs and sauce was fridge cold. I went back to the store to ask for a refund and have my sub comped. The so called store manager refused. Said that he can only replace the cold meatball sub. I ask him what he is gonna do to make me a happy customer, one the frequents this store, and he said we can replace your sub and thats it. I got upset and raised my voice, totally lost my appetite, then he took off and didnt come back for 5 mins. When I asked his name, he refused. Apparently he is the francise owner. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Do expect good service here. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!
Nice clean store with friendly staff. With a subway in the store always handy for an off hand quick bite. Very well stocked for a store that size.
