This Quesada is right between Subway and Bento Sushi inside UTM’s Instructional Centre building. Grabbed a bite here during UTM Fall Campus Day—it was one of several food counters where visitors could use the 2 $5 vouchers included in their welcome bag. It was a small yet busy counter with a steady moving queue. I noticed it was well-staffed (I counted 4) likely because they were expecting a big turnout. Food is prepared right in front of you and customized according to your preference. Redeemed the food vouchers on 3 roasted vegetable soft tacos and did not have to pay out of pocket as total was below $10 including tax. Soft tacos tasted fine, okay for a light snack, but so messy to eat. Had to go to the washrooms across the hall to wash hands afterwards.
