Very overpriced! Bland and tasteless. Felt very rushed, lady at the register just loads up the debit machine and leaves, doesn't even acknowledge a thank you ... lol. Same level of poor service on all 3 occasions. Go downstairs for more food options!
Check the salads it has worms in it grabbed it today just threw everything out waste of money
They should be feeding this to the patients. They would get better quicker. Great food and lots of it.
Food is always fantastic! Downside is it’s located inside the hospital so it’s hard to get access to.

This place has some of the most delicious and healthy sandwhiches and food platters that I've ever had. We used them for a large corporate lunch and our clients were over the moon on how tasty the food was. I highly recommend this place!
The most amazing and tasty food I’ve had in a long time. The chicken sandwich and kale salad was phenomenal. Everything was so fresh !!! I highly recommend pumpernickels !!!!!

Horrible customer service. Beware that the manager makes up prices for items, always ask for the receipt. I decided to get the breakfast special, which 3 other people before me did as well. The receipts piled up, I just tapped my credit card without even thinking and noticed right away that he had charged me more than the others before me. I immediately called him out on it and he tried to brush it off and gave me less than the difference back in cash. He only gave me the correct amount once he realized I wasn’t going away, very disappointing.
The food is always fresh and tasty! The staff is very accommodating to requests (as I am vegan), and very friendly with unmatched customer service :)
