Their spicy chicken tenders have considerably become smaller and are more crispy coating than chicken. They are constantly missing sauces. I suggest anyone planning to go here to go to another Popeyes location.
Ordered family meal of 16 pieces on 31t night. Very bad experience ever had. Chicken was not even cooked completely and was with too much oil in it. Health was also not good in the morning. Make sure you give good food to customers or else don't serve.

Puneet was an absolute sweetheart, we had placed our order late but she was a great help in choosing what we wanted to eat. It was a big order and was able to serve us with a smile and had great customer service skills. Definitely will be coming to this location again.
Welcome to Popeyes. Here we serve overcooked food with extra$$$. If you order fries we will give onion ring. If you order mashed potatoes we will give you coleslaw. Don’t worry we cook authentic Louisiana chicken, sometime you might find some undercooked prawns instead of chicken (not a big deal). Our staff is learning mathematics, in essence sometimes you might find some of your stuff missing. We don’t need to apologize cuz we are doing our best. Here our stuff is doing best they don’t know how to boil water but with our magic secret they are cooking chicken. Customer service, what is that? like we care. If you order through Uber rest assure you won’t receive your complete order. Appreciate whatever you get. We are trying to save planet so we don’t give forks and any sauce in plastic containers/packets. bought 3 order of 3 pc chicken today with order#201, paid $18.61 and arrived home and found only 6 pc chicken were packed...what a big joke!!!poor management and poor service without checking the proper order before delivering to customer, what a shame!!!!
This place opens late, gives your food late and get your order wrong with no napkins or forks. I really hope the team change from the roots or I really will never go there again. Hero burgers is much better!
I have been to this location 3 times and each time i have been disappointed. The service is below average and my order is never correct. The first time ordered tenders and a sandwich and for the side i wantes mashed potatoes, but they gave me only gravy. Second time around i ordered 4 piece chicken platter and i didnt recieve my second side, and today i got the 8 piece nuggets combo and they did not give me my drink? I dont understand why each time i go i either dont get my whole order or i get something i did not order. I also live quite far from this location and i cant just come back after i get home and see that i didnt get what i wanted. I hope they change this issue and step up their game.
Its my all time best place when I think of Chicken! Love their Delta Mini Chicken sandwich and spicy& Crispy sandwich with delicious pickle. They have mouth watering snacks. Their Hot Sauce add an extra flavour to all its snacks. Just do the survey to get biscuit and wings with additional $2 (approx) drink.
