Every time I come to this location, either the mess up my orders or don't have stock supplies for customers to use to eat (forks for example). If you have a business, you should have plenty of supplies to run your business to satisfy and make your customers happy. I had to give it a one or else I would give a zero.
I ordered a deluxe sandwich and specifically repeated no pickles many times yet i still got a sandwich with pickles in it. Very disheartning to see this and ruined my appetite. Otherwise everything about this restaurant is good.
Chicken was awesome but they did not put the fries in with the chicken. And that negated the need for the gravy I purchased as well. So, I got 3 pieces of chicken for $16. Not happy and it was my return visit after 1st positive experience. Will not return now without some form of of discount.
Received my order through SkipTheDishes, yummy and fresh spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. Thanks a lot for a positive experience. Now ordered again for family as they love Popeyes food so much.
Great place to grab quick bite, fried chicken is cheap and flavorful
I deliver UBER in this area and often pick up from this restaurant. One day I asked for water as it was extremely hot and they gave me tap water out of a gravy container without ice. Thanks, but I'm not a dog. I also walk in and it takes them so long to prepare the food and sometimes they don't even acknowledge that I'm there. The customers I pick up for are yours not mine so they're the ones who are waiting.
Eating at Popeyes after ages and I Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I don't know if management has tasted the sauce that goes in this sandwich but what is with the sodium!? It was so salty I couldn't finish it. Terrible and sloppy when put together.

This is my regular go to Popoyes. Although once it happened that my order was little late to pickup after placing it over the phone, I definitely felt the change after providing my feedback to the general manager there. She was very swift in ensuring that all orders placed over the phone should be ready by the time customer is at the restaurant.
