The food always fresh and tasty, I have been this location so many times since my son was 4 years old. Today I meet a friendly and helpful lady who is working in the front and taking the orders.What a wonderful day! thanks
The food was good and the staff greeted me well too. But I opted for dine in and restaurant temperature was hot as hell. Asked the employees and they said they couldn't do anything about it as they didn't had access to it. I have been to other restaurant chains as well but this was a unique experience which I would not want anyone to have. Please fix this as soon as you can.
What can I expect, it's a fast food restaurant specializing in fried chicken lol. Not the best tasting (or healthiest) but it's fulfilling. Service is fast and efficient. The facilities are somewhat clean, but their outside patio is nice to eat at with nice tree shading to enjoy the nice warm weather.
What probably stands out the most about the franchise in Winston Churchill, Mississauga is its staff. We went on a Tuesday where they were super busy but they were soooo relaxed and happy folk. Ever so polite and ensured that they shared recommendations to ensure that we got our order just right. Thank you!
We ordered two 3-piece meals today via uber eats. To our disappointment, all 3 pieces in both meals were the smallest possible pieces...no breast/white meat just leg and wings. Disappointing considering the price.Save your money or go to another location if ordering via a delivery service
Very disappointing experience. The chicken drumsticks and breast pieces are so tiny. The Popeyes at South Common Mall is far better. Even I have complained about it at the counter and when I checked the chicken pieces later, it was very tiny. They are saving money by buying small chicken and selling it for the same price. Shame on you. Popeyes corporate office should look into these issues very strictly. If you want to buy half the amount of chicken in the same price than what you get at other Popeyes, then go to this outlet.

Hungry and famished, me and my family reached Popeyes at around 11pm on 21st April.My 3yr old was crying incessantly so I thought I would pickup whatever was available. As I entered, I saw some people waiting for their ordered stuff but the queue for ordering was empty. The lady, Barbie, took my order and I requested for a 2pc Chicken Combo with Fries. She asked me "spicy or mild" and I replied whatever is available. I paid and waited for my "to-go" order. I waited for 10 mins while my toddler was crying. After 10 mins, and by then the crowd cleared up, the same lady asked me to be seated since it would take another 5mins. I was astonished and asked the lady that when I placed the order I specifically told I want stuff that is available and why she didn't tell me then that it would take time.Without apologizing, she said give me 2 mins. And in a minute my order was ready, I picked up my order and left.To my utter dismay, everything was cold. I expected that after waiting I would be served at least freshly fries chicken which would be hot.Never coming to this place again.Disappointed and dissatisfied.And before the owner says we have no record of you coming here, my order number was 275.
This location makes the nuggets half the size of other locations in the area. They were undercooked as well.Never coming backFries were good
