I feel so comfortable each time I have my order handled by (Misha).She is so nice and her smile welcoming all clients will make you feel at home.I have tried many fried chicken restaurants, and this place by far is the best over anything else available.
I WAS THERE TODAY.I ordered 3 piece chicken .I GOT 4 PIECES IN WHICH TWO WERE QUITE THIN LEGS. ONCE started EATING THIN legs,It was blackened from inside due to some reason.I dropped that n took second leg piece ,It had same issue,I took it to counter,Supervisor was nice she replaced with another white meat piece which turned out to be ok.Afterwards when I pickEd up 3(two remaining tHigh n leg ) 3d leg piece was also same.SO WITHOUT TRYING EVEN TRYING EARING 4th ,I just opened thigh piece ,It was too same.I have added picture to find the reason for mgt that whthr it has some expiration issue or cooking oil issue or supply chain issue.I TOOK AGAIN TO COUNTER TO TELL THEM WHOLE LOT IS BAD. I REFUSED TO HAVE ANY MEAL AS REPLACEMENT AND GOT MY REFUND.THE STAFF IS COPERATIVE THERE,and I didn’t see sny of their fault in that.MY CONCERN BEHIND WRITING THIS REVIEW IS TO ASSURE THAT KIND OF THING SHOULD N’t Happen again and that bad lot has been changed & not served to anyone else.No hate :)
Popeye's make hands down my favorite fast food chicken sandwich!! I always go with spicy and it's amazing. Moist and crunchy the chicken is fried to perfection, then onto a brioche style bun topped with spicy mayo and pickles. Great sandwich for a great price, if your ever hankering a chicken sandwich and near a Popeye's do your taste buds a favor and stop in!!

Fantastic Service!!!! Had dinner with family. Misha was very accommodating. She is awsome, very polite ,and knowledgeable. She helped us to find the deal what we were looking for. It was delicious and we got what we ordered. We enjoyed our dinner. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
As I visited first time in popeyes, Misha helped me with menu and for ordering the food. She is very nice person. Moreover, there was a fast delivery. This all makes me very happy and I would like to visit here again.
Consistent good quality food for the past 2 years I’ve been buying from this location.This time I tried the new Wicked Shrimp Combo, which was well worth it!Mavis x Britannia Location:Pro’s:- Portion Size and Quality- Clean Environment (Large enough space for social distancing while waiting for order)- Easy to order menu format with plenty of available varietyCon’s:- Difficult to communicate with cashier with plexiglass and background noise- Limited selection of available sauces- Soda fountain lacks carbonationTips (For new customers):- ALWAYS double check your order and taste test the dessert pies before leaving premise. I have experienced wrong orders before from this location- Ask for condiments, and utensils or else they won’t include.- Bring home, and Air Fry the food for optimal taste / experience
I visited this place last week and was happy with the quick customer service they provided. The food was super fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the fried chicken lovers out there.
Unprofessional AF! I ordered something on the phone and when I arrived..the cashier was like you have to pay...I'm like no sh!t Sherlock? Not happy with service here..if I wanted to go to India,I'd board a flight.. Ontario is very diverse and this location lacks diversity and good customer service ..that feature seems to only be reserved for folks of their own culture rather than make everyone feel valued.
