This place is so much better than your usual franchised pizza joints. I'm a regular customer and never had a bad experience. Their white sauce pizza (pick ranch if ordering online) is highly recommended!
Incomplete order and Poor customer serviceI ordered pizzas with dipping sauces a few weeks back. When I opened the box at home all of the dipping sauces were missing. I called them and asked for refund for missing sauces. The lady took my email to do the transfer but they never did until now
Like a few others on here, I'm surprised by the 4.3 rating. Thin crust pizza was too dry and wings had a lot of batter, so once the BBQ sauce was added it made the batter mushy. Wait time was a bit ridiculous too for a pizza place on a Thursday evening, 30-40 minutes?
ALERT! The reviews on this restaurant is deceiving. We went ahead with the good reviews and ended up being extremely disappointed. We ordered one large pizza and wings. The pizza was stale! Meat in it was stinking and looked like the pasta sauce was rotting..I couldnt take another bite!. And the wings, were blant. No salt at all. It looked as if they fried their wings and poured whatever desired sauce. Disgusting. We are paying for this.
Attention : I called because I didn't understand how a place that has ham as a topping would be halal ,she stated its chicken and I also asked about their suppliers as I saw some commenters were confused about Sargent supplying all their meats and the lady stated their supplier is mosamo ...We order this pizza at work and my non Muslim /European coworker mentioned how its the best pizza ever and after trying it I was genuinely surprised as most halal places do not know how to make pizza .The chicken supreme has a ranch base and taste amazing ,we take off the jalapenos and add pineapple .Their portions are huge and very filling ,and I believe the cheese and dough are what make the pizzas standout even more . The tandoori's masala coating is a bit chemical in taste but still an awesome pizza esp since they use clean white breast meat .Cons: I wouldn't get their wings or pasta. Not the best . I also find that sometimes the dough taste expired for the pizza, as in fermented and it's gross ,and lingers in your mouth .Hence the 4 star instead of 5 because then you get all excited and end up feeling nauseated instead.I will continue to give them my business however because the portions are perfect and never fail to fill us and the pizza is one of the best I've had when the dough isn't old . Eating it piping hot is when this pizza shines and their prices are reasonable and even cheap for the Xl which we all end up getting together and then wishing we all wore elastic waist band pants ..
Got 3 large pizzas from them for Superbowl through ubereats. Pizza was delivered on time, and everyone enjoyed it! Would order from them again for sure!
I’ve been a regular with Pizzano’s. I like their wings but my last few orders I’ve found a couple issues with my pizza. They make it too thin resulting in the pizza being dry as it is cooked through the conveyer.
Amazing and delicious food. Professional and friendly staff. I have been ordering from pizzano pizza and wings close to 6 years now, no complains at all.
Don't buy wings from them. Worse wings ever (old, smelly and has black stuff on them). I call the store to complaine and they said they are selling this to everyone since the morning so wings are good. Never buying from them again.
I am shocked and taken aback by the amount of good reviews posted for this 'restaurant'. I truly believe this was one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. The pasta was abominable. We ordered the chicken alfredo, and besides the fact that it tasted nothing like alfredo, it was also just horrible. The chicken inside it wasn't even real chicken. The wings were just batter NO MEAT and the batter was most definitely expired. The only bearable thing was the pizza, but that may be biased since my expectations were SO low after eating the first two things. I feel live i've lost my appetite for the next 2 weeks because of how sickening this experience was. I never post reviews for food places but I honestly felt like this was almost my responsibility to warn others.
