Great Experience. Will definitely go back. Fresh ingredients and tasty pizza. The margherita pizza was great. The staff and manager are friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a toddler who can't drink cold water and the staff member got us room temp bottled water from the back. Every one of them was smiley and seemed happy to be working there which is rare to see these days.
I love the pizza but the delivery time is a serious issue and this is not the first time this location has had . I ordered my pizza online at 6:30. The payment receipt said my order will be 40 minutes. As of 7:50 it’s still not here. When I called at 7:30 I was told the driver left at 7:25. I understand we live in tough times and getting drivers could be difficult to hire but you gotta tell you customers if this is the case. It’s the responsible thing to do. Quality food and quick delivery are the keys to customer satisfaction. It’s now almost 8:00 and it’s still not here. Like I said earlier this is not the first time and unfortunately this will be the last time I order from this location.
The best place to get a well done pizza, amazing costumer service and the best quality of all of their products in their area. I just recently bought a very complicated one ( I have picky eaters at home so I wanted in a certain way) and the way I was treated like family vs the amount of trouble I was putting in the order I can't find the amount of words to say thank you. The new owners are just adorable and they not only have the patience to put up with my complicated order but another lady was there with not so good attitude and they went beyond and even they gave her a free dip,yet the owner was more than happy to have us there and never a bad face or a bad tone. I can't wait to go back next week! Forever a customer.
I had such an amazing experience at Mississauga location. We have a big family so I ended up ordering quite a few pizzas and the ingredients were fresh and the pizzas were hot. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend this place. Two thumbs up!!
I went yesterday after long time to order a large pizza, a new owner lady she had big attitude and not manners at all for customers, the ranch dip it’s not on counter top to sell customers lol,The new owners are terrible reaping me off for give me Medium size pizza intifada Large for $38. The pizza was disgusting, We was nit able even have a slice as new owners they don’t have idea how bake pizza ?. Never come back agin.The previous owner was the best!I should get my money back for the order!

I've tried so many pizza joints but no one has beat Pizzaiolo when it comes to the price/quality ratio. I also appreciate the consistency over the years; whether it's a slice I used to grab Downtown or a full pizza I would order in Mississauga, it was always done right! This location in particular has a lovely staff and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Keep it up ???
We have liked the pizza here generally, but today it was very burnt in the base. So much so, we could feel the burnt taste and the kids found it very difficult to eat as it was very hard to bite.Date: 3rd March. Emailed as you had requested. Did not get any response

Greasy and overpriced. $35 for a pizza that’s all dough. I ordered a deep dish and got this. Will never come back. Pizzaville is half the price and way better
