A fantastic lunch coupled with impeccable service made our day. We ordered an arugula salad with pear and stilton cheese; sauteed veal liver topped with a sherry sauce, accompanied with potatoes and steamed vegetables; a veal cannelloni; and profiteroles with ice cream and a hot chocolate sauce, complete with an espresso. The menu is lean which is often an early sign of a good restaurant. Everything was well-priced. Service was outstanding and we were taken care of from the moment we arrived to when we departed. Thank you to the staff for a great experience, delicious suggestions, perfect wine pairing, and a smile throughout. Italian class all the way!
Our dining experience at the Piatto Bistro a couple of days ago was certainly not as expected since the pasta and linguine was not cooked to perfection. In fact, our dishes were dry and tasteless. Also, the chicken that we’d ordered was not tender and flavorful although the vegetables served on the side seemed overcooked. It is rather surprising that a high-end restaurant with a decent décor and ambience serves items that don’t meet client expectations. The only saving grace was the waiter who took the order and ensured that we were looked after while dining in this overrated place. I’d also suggest they improve the quality of bread and non-alcoholic beverages (that tasted awful). Piatto Bistro needs to understand that customers pay big bucks for a good dining experience while ensuring that dishes served are delectable.

I moved to the area, about a 5 minute drive from the restaurant and thought I would try it out. First impression, I didn't feel very welcome. My dark skin prompt the waiter to ask, what we do for jobs, probably making sure we can pay for the meal, I was taken aback. We were then stuck in a corner with very little attention, and was served very quickly, we swolled the food which was nondescripitive, we were not offered coffee or desert, at this point we got the message and left. I drive by about 3 times a week, and everytime, I think to myself, what a horrible place, and a horrible dinner experience. I will never go there again.
I LOVE YOU PIATTO! Outstanding service even during a rush on one of the busiest days for restaurants. Simple yet rustic and absolutely fantastic quality food. Seasoned well, hot, served quickly and with care. Oh Madon' (You guys hiring? ?)
Horrible food, service was lacking. I don’t understand how this restaurant turns a profit. Food was bland, tastes like George was cooking this food and not Giorgio like authentic Italian. Risotto was bland, veal in cannelloni tasted like ground beef. As someone that works in fine dining, im appalled that they have such high prices as well as a weak over priced pretentious wine selection.
Food, service, ambient all were awesome. My toddler even liked the food.
There are multiple reasons for one star. First is that the food plating was too simple. It's a fine done restaurant and I expect some nice plating but they just put the food in the white plate and bring it to you . Secondly near the entrance there was a menu written on the black board and it was kept in such a way that no one will look at it ( kept on the floor) on top of it , the server didn't bother to inform us that there is separate Menu available so we missed trying that. Overall very disappointing experience and I would never go there again. It was my birthday and I was expecting some nice experience here.
An exquisite dining experience after 2 years of CoVid hibernation. So good to return to culinary excellence. Such a treat !!
The friendliest service I have ever had in my life. No other place even comes close. From the moment we entered to when we left, the staff were incredibly sweet. They really pay attention and take care of each and every table. The interaction was almost like a family environment.The food was delicious, especially the baked goar cheese, and the tiramisu. Would highly recommend.
