Ordered Pho from this place and asked for the meat well done as always. They sent me a bowl of bloody rare beef. When I poured the broth into the bowl it was dark red. So gross....I called the restaurant to resolve the issue and they just said maybe you can cook it yourself.... No I can't when it's already mixed and full of blood. Disgusting.
This is a really good pho place. I love their spring roll is not pork based. (To-fu) and it tastes so so good!!! The tom yum soup and the tomatoe based beef noodles also good.I would definitely try something else on the menu next time. Highly recommend this place.
It has been long without visiting this restaurant during the pandemic. I decided to try it out this week. I am sure now I have made a bad decision. Price is increased but not the quality. The noodle soup is made up with excessive MSG, beef is shredded. This restaurant is not providing lime which is a typical supply in most Pho restaurant. This is absolutely disappointed.
I’ve been coming to this family owned business for 5 years and refuse to eat Pho anywhere else. They have amazing staff and the restaurant is always so clean whenever I come with my friends and family. I love Pho Mi 99!
Ate my entire meal only to see 2 strands of hair at the end. I told the server and they awkwardly said sorry, but still made me pay the FULL price and kept the change for tip I wasn’t intending on giving them. VERY disappointed as I used to regularly come to this spot for pho, never again. Telling all of my family to stop coming here too.
To be honest, this is my favorite restaurant every Tuesday, I usually come here to eat with my pals during lunch. I love the Vietnamese food, and the one I always order is a large chicken noodle soup. I also love a waiter at this restaurant too. He's a cool guy with good English communication, and he always makes me feel like I'm at home. Overall, this restaurant has great service and quality of food.
I used to frequent this restaurant probably about once a month prior to the pandemic and was excited to go back on this visit. The food was great as usual and the service is fine, also as usual. My biggest issue is that they don't appear to be following certain Covid protocols. I understand that we are all experiencing extreme Covid fatigue, but I just didn't feel "safe" eating here. They did not take our name or phone number for contact tracing, they did not check our vaccine status, nor any other patrons. The restaurant had maybe 3 tables to serve at the time. Further, the server gave us a thermos of hot water to use for our drinks, then he took it and gave it to another table right after and did not clean it at all. It just seems unsanitary. Anyway, it's too bad because I really liked this place, but for me who is covid-conscious, I just won't be eating here for the time being. I'm just one patron, but they could lose more if they don't start following the rules.
Great food. Great customer service. Their servers are very friendly, efficient and polite. This is our go to place whenever want some Vietnamese food.
Personally in my opinion being a Canadian born Vietnamese. This place is at the top for Vietnamese cuisine. When you look at the variety, price, location and service it's trumps the other locations. The restaurant has a beautiful design and cozy seating fast service and delicious food. What more can you ask for? Quality at its finest
My favourite pho restaurant! Service is always excellent, prompt, friendly and attentive. We dine in on a regular basis and always enjoy a range of soups and entrees that are delicious, fresh and consistent in quality. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Pho 99 is our go-to Pho restaurant in Mississauga and it's also our restaurant of choice whenever we treat ourselves to a meal out. Highly recommend!!!?
