Waited over 30 min for food, won’t be going back to this location. If you order online you are okay, if you order in store you are put after the online orders without any communication on how long your food will take. Wish I read the other reviews before waisting so much time. Guy on cash was apologetic and it was obvious he was the hardest working person.
Ordered dinner here the other night and had a fantastic experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of fries and gravy to share. We got the original cheesesteak and The Big “EH” both with onions, mushrooms, jalapeños and cheese wiz! Delicious!! The fries were fresh cut and almost like a poutine sans cheese, I’m drooling writing this. I saw some negative reviews and wanted to help balance it out because our experience was nothing but amazing. We both looked at each other after scarfing it down and said OMG YUM!Thanks guys! 10/10
Had a hot roast beef sub with cheese and mushrooms. A bit of cheese and a couple mushrooms. $14. Was like an old rehash of Mr. Submarine. The meat was not at all quality, no taste and a cheap bun. Will not go back. You would think with all the competition they would provide something with quality. The sub had none.
They have halal chicken option but the taste is not good. I took a chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was pretty ordinary. The fries were so bad, cooked like may be 4,5 times. A really bad experience

The regular poutine was super salty gravy, barely cheese curds (nevermind we ordered and paid for extra) and the fries weren't even cooked all the way. Used to like their subs but will never order from here again.

Would give zero if I could.It's been almost two months since I've been contacted from you guys at all, so I'm leaving a review.In November I came here to get food. Usually I do NOT come to this location, but I was in the area so I figured, why not?Unfortunately, I should have stayed away.I ordered a Crooked Greek, and it was quite good, that is until I found a huge hair buried into the chicken of my sandwich. I immediately threw it out and emailed the contact email from their site, and have heard nothing.This is clearly a common reoccurrance at this store. The cooks do not wear hair nets, so it makes sense.Do the owners not look at the reviews? Address some of these concerns at least. Why have a business if you don't care about the feedback, be it positive or negative?This is disgusting.Will never go here again.Will never recommend.Will tell people NOT to come here.Don't waste your money.
I'll be clear . The food is good. It's greasy, heavy and confortable like any Fast food should be . But your customer service through phone simple S***KS, its awful, probably the worst. I order regularly because I like the food but I always regreat almost immediately when ordering and talking to these young bros who sound like they hate their job trying to use the less possible their months. Seriously you need to consider putting somebody with a little bit of care in charge of that . BTW last time they mixed up my order (because of lack of care as I said ). I hope the manager sees this and offers a solution.
Ordered the dessert options and was very disappointed by the sizes. If you’re going to be charging so much for a slice of cake, you should be giving a good portion.
