If I could rate at zero would do.Location was busy however not at capacity.Tables, and over-all cleanliness was dispointing.Food sat getting cold because server was calling out that food was ready for Coy.Cory ate his disappointing cheese steak with cheese (that he requested without onions by the way). He's is vomiting as we speak, as I guess his onion allergy is his imagination. My soup was really good but even my grill cheese was two pieces of dry bread with burnt so called cheese in the middle. So disappointed as I have not been in the area in awhile. Gone down hill. Bathrooms were scary considering how conscious everyone is about hand washing and hygiene.
Pre covid I use to come to Panera all the time with my daughter, and now post covid the food has shrunk to small portions and the price is more.A small Mac & Cheese, chicken soup and Asian salad was $35!! Restaurants are taking advantage of customers to charge that kind of money for less food and it doesn’t even taste the same. It makes it hard to support restaurants when the value is no longer there. They lost me as a customer today!
Look at the sandwhich , would you say that ?Looks like a child put it together - the quality of this place declined
Wishing I had read the reviews first but should have checked the bag before leaving. 30 minutes into our road trip we realized our soup was incorrect. Such a disappointment as we can't turn around. Please advise staff to be more careful.
Used to go to this location once a week, but today I got a wonderful chicken noodle soup with free plastic in it. Thank you
Great hazelnut coffee. Prices are a bit steep for the experience and food quality. $24 for lunch is better spent at a sit down restaurant.
The food is great, but it is rare to get take out from this location without at least 1 thing going wrong. Every single time my family orders from here, we have to check the order because they either forget to include a part of it, or they mix up the items. I have lost track of how many times our order has gotten messed up, but it is at least 5-6 times.Today I had ordered a large chicken noodle soup, and I ended up with a broccoli cheddar.
worst experience ever ... I ask the lady (Madeleine) 2 sesame bagel with cheddar cheese and tomato and she gave me everything separate and when I ask her is that normal? she told me yes because of covid !! and I was so disappointed and I went to another location (square one ) and they did it perfectly !!!! she made my day the worst ever because I broke my diet to enjoy and everything went bad... I'll never go back to Panera bread restaurants ever.
Went there pre Covid to dine in. It was good.Went last week and they only had a few muffins and cookies. Had only light roast coffee, the time we waited, a fresh pot of regular roast could've been made. The sandwiches were ok.They have a flat bread pizza that looks delicious. Something I would try next time. The staff in the kitchen looked like they could be elsewhere.
The worst location, please go to the Square One Panera. The food quality has gotten bad here, I keep getting extremely browned avocados thrown in my sandwiches, the chicken tastes weird and crumbly in the salad, and the portions are extremely small. Avoid at all costs and go to the Square One location, so much better.
