Slow service and the ladies are not the friendliest. Also, was told by the lady there it would be better to place my catering order in store rathwr than online because that way the order wouldn't be "lost" online and they ended up charging me more for 2 items in store than if I had placed the order online. Worked out to be about $3 more so not a big deal but still it's about the principle of the situation. Won't be coming back to this location.

I called and placed an order 10 minutes before closing. I was running late because there was an accident on the highway. I arrived 20 minutes after closing, drove up the lights were off but there was Berta waiting for me. She could have easily left thinking I wasn’t coming as she didn’t have my phone number to contact me. I really appreciate her waiting for me!! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Amazing food! Amazing customer service!! Thank you Berta!!
Generally I like Palma pasta but I brought food for Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife. Unfortunately the store gave me the wrong sauce in the rosee container. It was really spicy.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and was very annoyed with the extremely slow service at the Oakville location just minutes ago. And then to be overcharged for the lasagna noodles led me to leave the store without my product! Your young staff needs better training
Fresh or frozen pasta meals that are spectacular. Reasonably priced. Great value.

I stopped in for a tray of pasta. Palma was recommended and it was great. A tray that fed 4 easily went for around 20 dollars(oven ready). I also grabbed a Bomba hot pepper jar imported from Italy. I recommend this place for pasta check it out. Thanks.
We had a very small and insignificant concern and sent an email. I received a return email and then a very friendly and informed gentleman named Mike actually took the time to phone me to make sure that we were 100% satisfied and happy with what we discussed. WOW ! Foods are fabulous and the staff very accommodating and friendly, all at a reasonable price.
