I placed an order on Skip The Dishes and when it was dropped off it was completely wrong. I called the restaurant 4 times and it rang for 2 minutes each time with no answer. Finally the 5th time I called the lady said I could bring the food back and she will make my order. I explained I have a broken foot and cannot drive and she hung up. I called back again and she answered and I asked her if she can remake my order and deliver it and she said no I have to come in, and then she hung up.This location has started to go down hill once they expanded franchises all over Ontario. Wouldn’t come back here again
Fifi makes THEE MOST AMAZING falafel. She remembers the way I like it just a couple hot peppers and a 2 dots of that hot spicy sauce ? ?She always works so hard to keep the place clean. I feel so comfortable eating there and it's all because of the amazing customer service from Fifi.
The one star is for the management. They have a rockstar lady manning all stations by herself with no help from open till 9 pm. That ain’t right. How can you expect the quality of food and service to be exceptional with that sort of staffing?Update: like I expected. The lady forgot to give extra garlic and tahini that I paid for, even after asking her if she added extra garlic and tahini. She’s not to be blamed though. This is not a one person job. Three thumbs down.
Osmow's is amazing. This location is poorly run. I've had my order wrong MULTIPLE times. I've never said anything. Last time I had enough and went back after they forgot to add ANY SAUCE to a dry shwarma. I asked for some concessions, even a piece of baklava for making me come all the way back. They acted like mistakes happen all the time, that's life. They called the owner when I insisted they make it up to me somehow, and he said no. I demanded and got a refund. Hopefully the aloof employees had to pay for it so they can finally learn to take orders down right.
Been going to osmows for years !!!! This was my first shawarma in a very long time as I moved out west and stayed there for al ost 10 years.. so coming back to this was a true gem for me !! The ladies were so sweet and friendly.. very welcoming.. was a very great experience.. the hot sauce was on point !! Amazing as always !! Thanks so much !! Will be coming back often now that I've moved back to mississauga! Thank you !!!
Awesome place for Shawarma , Hummus and Chicken on the rocks. Good service and nice people. I have been going there for years now and it is the best Osmow’s. I found the food really delicious when compared to others. A must go to if your in streestville, Mississauga
Ordered through Skip the Dishes. When the order arrived it was missing items. When I called the restaurant directly about the order they said to call back in 15 minutes. When I did they just never picked up the phone. Will not be ordering anything from this location again. Very poor customer service. There is lots of other locations that are better with better tasting food.
I could smell the meat out on the street, the gentleman working their was very kind and smiley and the shawarma was absolutely perfect! Other osmows branches aren't consistent but this branch had a nice clean shawarma that got better with every bite!
Very unhygenic food handling practices. The lady was holding my shawarma with her bare hands while holding cash in the same hand. This place has really gone downhill. I threw out the shawarma when I got home. Won't be coming here again.
I come here all the time for lunch during work, and fefe always greets me with a big smile and remembers my order. Always makes a great chicken shawarma as well!
