I don’t know what happened to you guys, your biryani was the best in quantity and quality. Now the quantity is much more smaller than before and below is the difference between the two plates. We finished our plates hungry where 3 months ago we was full and took the rest take away. The quality even was better. Plus the service and the hygiene need to be improved

Good experience chat with owner Amir bhai

Went to this place with my family.Great tasting food. Excellent service. Food came in a timely manner not in bits and portions but all the dishes came at onceManager came to check up on us to see if we are finding everything okayClean environment, workers were making sure tables were wiped and sanitized after useLarge dining space and good ambiance5/5, will be returning

The place has so much potential but the size portion of the food has gone done like half karahi should not mean 4 pieces of chicken and the taste was not like before I still love the naan. Sad to see the down part of this restaurant. Our lemon mint drink had flavor but you can see even the drink wasn't full in the serving glass and its priced at 8.99If we ever visit again and have better experience I'll change my review for sure but this is what we experienced for now.

Bad food and terrible customer service. customer pay a lot for disappointing food.

extremely bad food. nihari is served cold and just like any cheap nihari. bihari kebob should be named as mushy Kebob served raw. we paid for alot of money for disussding raw cold food. feeling sick after eating. don't recommend at all. don't go and waste money we paid in full and then give them review to asim supervisor, and they r not willing to listen what u have to say.

My wife and I were craving some desi food and found this place on Google maps. Here is the breakdown of my review:Food - Fantastic! The chicken karahi is our favourite. The masala and the flavours were absolutely on point. The chicken tikka was awesome too. My wife loved the biryani. The poori paratha was something we tried for the first time but next time I will try their roti because those looked delicious.Service - the servers are polite and give great recommendations. The service was quite fast as well.Overall this was a great place for desi food and we will definitely come back here.

We ordered nalli nihari, shahi nihari, beef haleem, 1 bbq chicken leg and salt lassi. To be frank i didnt like their food much-nihar seems like beef curry to me, beef tastes good and soft though. Haleem was very thik, also naan seems not freshly baked-it was cold and a bit hard. Overall it charges really good amount of money. So it was an average experience for me. Also there was not a single hand sanitizer bottle available in the whole restaurant which was shocking to be frank.

Had heard about Nihari Inn as I was looking for a long time for Nihari and Haleem, something close to the original taste. I have eaten very good Nihari at the Noor Mohammedi in Bombay, with Brain and Marrow, some very bad ones at Delhi and superlative ones in Karachi but Toronto with its umpteen Pakistani restaurants never met the grade. But atlast, the Shahi Nihari at this restaurant made the grade and more. The marrow and Brains were perfect and the Nihari was soft, not stringy and melted in the mouth. The spice was just right. Thank you. You have a customer for life. Moving to the Haleem, again it was a wonderful experience. Just right! Do try these two dishes though I doubt you can eat both at once but when you order Nihari order the Shahi Nihari.

Nihari Inn staff does not care for Eastern cultural values. Per my recent experience, even if you tell them that persons accompanying you are your guests, they silently accept payment from them without even bothering to bring the invoice on your table or letting you know. (This is totally a sub-continental cultural thing, so everyone may not understand it). There are other issues, like a lacking of usual hospitality of eastern restaurants; for instance they don't even put a jug of water on your table, charge for petty ancillary things which are always part of your order elsewhere in the world, and also make people to sit within your 2 meters vicinty amongst severe covid spread. Apart from chicken karahi which was really nice, everything else was not at par with any restaurant in Karachi or Lahore.
