went today at lunch, maybe I got there too early (noon) for things to be up and moving. I should have spoken up I could tell the oil was not hot enough. It was a to go order so I didn't open it till I got home. worst fries ever a luke warm soggy mess I ordered a Med Works. Fries must have been from yesterday.
We decided to try new York fresh for the first time I'm a long time and was very disappointed the quality has diminished since visit.P.S. Could be that it was the location I was at, Dixie Value Mall.
Quick and yummy. Always good at the Dixie location. New York Fries are gluten free!
The fries are great and the hotdog is great l recommend this place.

It's okay. That's right, just okay. Not worth more than 3 stars. If you don't like any other options in the food court and are willing to settle with average tasting fries with a pinch of gimmick, be ready to throw CAD $7 down the mall-food-hungry scheme.Will I visit them again?Do they have anything else that would taste better, to be worth more than 3 star?Well, I am not willing to bet my own money.If you are really into fries and the artistry around it, you can try it. But, don't go with high hopes.Customer service was mediocre. That creepy look I got for asking another fork ?, will always keep me in doubt about their hospitality.Recommended?? : At your own risk.
Awesome fries , the best in the business in my opinion. Also love there hotdog combos.
I order the chilli poutine and I kid you not it was nacho salsa from a jar they were using... this should have came with chips! Worst New York fries location ever!!!

i used to love coming here to get a poutine until the old staff left now the 1 staff thats there doesnt care to respond to the customers and just seems like she doesnt care if the customer likes there food or not because last couple times i went there i dont know whats up but my poutines havent been hot thieve been just under warm and its not that good at all
