Went to the Square 1 store on Friday night (July 15) and had a frustrating experience. The purchasing process is painful. The fact that everything needs to be retrieved from the back storage room is ridiculous. Trust your shoppers and let them ask for help and pick their flavours themselves. Get a security guard at the door or put a security chip in the packaging if you are worried about someone stealing "coffee pods". Do better Nespresso.

Very helpful and patient staff. I had no idea of what blends of coffee to order, not being a big coffee fan. However, the sales rep took the time to ask what range of strength and flavours, etc.I prefer. She could have sold me ANYTHING, and I would have been none the wiser- until I drank it! It's all about repeat sales!

Very well staffed location. You are greeted as soon as you enter and escorted to a station for service. Staff are courtesy, knowledgable and professional. The store is beautiful and everything comes with stunning packaging and delivered promptly in a paper bag. My friend who has the Vertuo machine found exactly what she needed and was very happy with her purchase.

Excellent experience while visiting this Nespresso location. The lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable of the different types of coffee and informed us on the recycling program. I’ve gone to plenty of locations and she was the first to let us know about it! She also recommended my new favourite capsules

Service is so slow. When you order to pickup on the app, you still have to wait in their lines to get an order that is supposedly ready. Unfortunately the lines go anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes so after the commute to their limited locations, you then have the in person wait to look forward to.The Yorkville location downtown has a muuuch better curbside pickup service.

Terrible experience during my visits.Be aware, This store does not allow medical mask exemptions which my children have. I spend hundreds of dollars for coffee to this company and they denied me service. They discriminated against our medical mask exemptions which goes against the peel maskBylaw. The “team leader” Kavita thought she knew the laws and said she will gladly discriminate my medical exemption and she didn’t care to provide me any accommodation until I asked!! She just denied me service and never apologized. Please train your staff to be better to those who have disabilities.

All I have to say is to avoid this store. No one care about customers. A white guy with blue eyes(?) reluctantly helped us. I asked him can we pay by cash and he didn't even bother to answer me. Since the beginning he was very rude. We went there this afternoon around 3-4pm just for your info to know which customer representative to avoid next time. He was such a hypocrite and tried to maintain his "manner" all the time but it all seemed a joke to me. I reviewed all the past comments and there are so many people who had such terrible customer experience as well recently. Seems like i am not the only one. This is also such a small store and I would choose to go to sherway garden next time. Or, I would even be willing to go to the one located at Yorkdale Center, Do you know why? Caz the representative there at least know what they are doing and at least respect people.

We’re still in the pandemic and I feel like home delivery ? should be free and encouraged to everyone. Also, the store phone numbers are not published online so it’s impossible to speak with store staff at any location. ?? There’s definitely room for improvement Nespresso!

Nice place to shop for Nespresso coffee pods. The variety is amazing and staff is friendly. The store is very welcoming, organized and clean.
