So frustrated at what happened with their quality and service lately . Nando's heart land location was always our restaurant for BBQ chicken and was usually recommended for friends and family . Last order picked up on Thursday was such a big frustration whether in quality ( was very dry not spiced at all and even looked as if the meat was not fresh ) and not remotely BBQed . Called to inform them, as a loyal customer that cares about choosing them again . Requested to speak to the manager, and the person that answered said not available and she is the supervisor . explained our issues , and she confirmed that it is for sure BBQ as usual . I asked her to get their delivery to pick it up and see for themselves , and that i am not asking for a compensation . She said she will check with the chef , put me on hold for maybe 10 minutes and came back saying that she apologizes that their BBQ is not working !!!!! and she will give us a voucher for 1 order out of the 2 we ordered. I explained to her that i did not request a refund or a voucher , but as you did not fulfill the order i requested and did not tell us from the beginning that it will be baked !! not BBQed then they should replace the 2 orders . She put me on hold again and came back saying ok will do that .Now I wouldn't recommend Nando's to anybody else as they failed to keep their quality and service .

I am very old customer of Heartland Nandos. I asked for toasted buns supervisor said we can not toast I told her I am taking it for the last 18 year she said we never do that she was rude. I will not go there in future.food was served late as well.

Got the Chicken Sandwich w Peri Fries and the Tomato Halloumi Chicken Salad. Took half an hour to get and was not good.Chicken in the salad was so dry and had the texture of rubberized jerky. I like strong flavor but this was overspiced and only had taste on the outside. Chickpeas were soggy, and the grilled halloumi was sad. I think the dressing was 90% oil?Chicken in the sandwich was dry and tiny. Super stingy with toppings. Fries were meh.For $30 after tax this was miserable.

Paying more than $15 for a veggie bowl which contains rice, argula, little hummus, boiled corn and roasted red peppers. Not worth the price and the quantity they serving. When asked, was told this is standard quantity. No wonder so many nandos have closed down! With these rising prices, atleast give customers what they are paying for. Ripping customers with such kind of food and not giving them the quantity for which they are charging. The location took more then 30 minutes to serve 1 bowl and 1 sandwich. It wasn't overly crowded that it should take this long. Staff was more focussed on their breaks rather than serving customers. Wont be returning to nandos again!

We came on Friday June 17, 2022 to dine in, 3 people. The waitress at the reception asked us to seat ourselves and do the order at the counter. The room was crowded and there are not too many options to pick from. one of us is 6'3 and 400lb, so we wanted a table with a bit extra room. We found one on the corner that seats 6. We placed and paid for our order. After 15 minutes and while waiting for our food to come, a waitress came and asked us to move to a smaller booth, in case a bigger group came in. We explained that the other booths won't fit our guy because they are very tight and hardly fit 4 regular size people. She insisted, so we decided to take out our food and not dine in. We were hurt, disappointed and embarrassed by the incident. Everyone around us heard the discussion and we felt that this place has no accommodation to special needs, and doesn't respect their customers. They are very rude and unprofessional. They should assign someone to seat the customers instead of moving them around and embarras and shame them. they could have showed us to seats so we can decide if to stay or leave before we buy the foid. It felt as a trap and unprofessional. Not going there again, and shame on you Nandos for your lack of accommodation and not being inclusive and professional. I complained on Nando's website, but they didn't have the courtesy to respond or acknowledge my concerns. What kind of business is this?

I visit Nando’s once in a while, I like there chicken and rice, most of their options are amazing, the staff is always friendly and they’re accurate with their time.A bit pricy but you get what you pay for.Food quality 10/10Cleannesses 9/10Waiting time 10/10Costumer service 10/10Price $$$$$

Really loved Chicken skewers and 1/2 chicken. Perfectly flavored with Peri Peri and fries is one of my go to evening thing. Must try.

Poor on all counts. I gave this several tries before writing a review in hopes the bad experiences would be ‘one-offs’. Bought dinner today for myself a friend and my daughter. They got order wrong despite me asking to change when I noticed mistakes on the bill. Garlic bread was rubbery. Fries looked and tasted old as if they stuffed other peoples old fries in 2 boxes. It was really bad. It was supposed to be plain but looked like a mix of burnt, peri, dry ends. Salad was half brown/dirty leaves. Chicken was ok. I should have taken photos before dissecting it all looking for hope as I was hungry but in the end we just couldn’t eat it and I grabbed it all to throw. Definitely gone downhill over the years. Staff weren’t the friendliest either.

Food taste is very good. Service is slow. Never seen plastic cutlery in other Nando's locations.

Nando’s is always the best where ever we go to but this time maybe because it was too busy things happened they way we didn’t expect and me and my son had to eat using our hands.
