Owner was so rude to customers and employees.I bought 6 ice creams and they only offer 1 sample! Like really?! You’re really going to deny a less than 1 penny sample to a customer buying multiple items? Being this cheap is not necessary and really stupid for business.Baskin Robbins has way better icecream, customer service and owners aren’t this dumb and grumpy.
Always such a great experience at Murphy's Ice Cream! The staff are lovely and very friendly. The ice cream is delicious. It's a great place to grab a treat and enjoy the beauty and charm of Streetsville!

The best ice cream joint I have tried so far. Not too sweet and just milky and creamy. My fav is french vanilla and mango sorbet

Pretty solid ice cream and other desserts, with great customer service and a lovely place to sit outside! Before COVID hit, it was always pretty crowded, but there was never any delay in orders. My family and I go all the time, and we'd always be in and out in about 5 minutes.However, I will say it's somewhat expensive, but it's still fairly reasonable.AND. Although sitting outside is great, there are a lot of bees and wasps around the garbage and recycling bins, so beware. This obviously has nothing to do with the establishment - this is just me warning anyone in advance. If you're gonna get something from here, go sit near that rainbow thing on the floor or take a walk.
Tried the famous Murphys Ice Cream today, the vanilla soft serve ice cream is so creamy and smooth, and fudge, brownie, nuts makes it more perfect than it can ever be! Every spoonful is addictive that you wont stop eating until your cup is finished!?
They are super cool and friendly, overall provides good service and quality.
My husband and I got delicious ice cream yesterday (30/08/2021) and we were cash out by a nice cashier. However, the young blonde lady that served us our ice cream was extremely rude. She kept rolling her eyes and had an awful attitude. By far the worst customer service ever!!!!. She brought down the value of the establishment. The quality of the ice cream is 5 stars however the awful customer service by that young lady brought it down to 2 stars.
